Just turned in a resume and letter of intent for a higher paying position at my company. I know I've asked a few times but remember me in prayer please! I want that job and I've been working my butt off to make a great impression.

That's very questionable.
You may want to rework that equation, or rework your answer.

Ah yes, Rollo, you are correct. Here is some additional data:

c=speed of light
h=Planck's constant
Z(x,t) is a field
m=mass

The equation is necessary, but not sufficient. It does not include the weak force. C squared and m squared are part of the equation. Perhaps c^2 and m^2 would represent them better.
