Maybe, but this has been an issue since last year. I think it started when I'd wake up at 5 am, had class at 8 am, and I'd just sit on the bed hugging and leaning on a pillow so I could get some sleep but not actually go into deep sleep. From what I've read online it sounds like I might have pinched a nerve doing that? It comes up every few weeks.
I likely have mild scoliosis, too, because my mom has that and so does my aunt and cousin (more severely in my cousin's case), but I doubt that has much to do with it.
