Turtle ,aka cooter fry it,grill it,and smoke it.it's all good.pressure Cook it too.taste .very clean meat.makes soup too.I haven't had that yet.

Oxtail ? My wife loves gizzards and so does my dog.chicken heart is to die for. I had them fir the first time back in 2008
