Sharks are a primitive fish. Rather than bone like higher vertebrates, sharks have skeletons made of cartilage, like in your nose.

When I was really young my Dad and Grandpa went fishing and all he kept catching was seaweed.

My (moms dad) Grandpa took my mom and uncle fishing when there were young and he caught a shark. He shot it in the head to kill it.

Orcas love stingray. I used to watch the orcas feeding, they would nearly beach themselves chasing stingrays.
