The Derailing Thread

Oh, just examples of hiragana? Sure. What do you want me to say?
Listen. I have an appt at 4:15 (my time)
but post something. It would be great to see when I get back.

The Lord is good and worthy to be praised.
or
I love God.

Anything!

Wondering

I would say exactly that order (how I did it). There's only 46 hiragana (which are used more than katakana) and 48 katakana, giving you ability to write any Japanese word. Kanji, on the ordinary hand number 2-3000 as everday kanji, with a few thousand more used for occasional use.
Awesome! Thanks!

:hug
To tell the truth Angel, I've been better.
It's autumn. My worst season. Everything is dying. The clothes don't dry anymore - the sun is loosing it's strength.
My brother was visiting and he left and that makes me be sad for days.
But I'll get over it, of course.
It's not so much that you can't see these persons but the distance involved. You know that no matter how much you'd like to spend some time with them and see them, you can't.

I know people here with family in London. They go 2 or 3 times a year. It's close so if you really want to you can get on a plane and be there in about 1 1/2 hours. Not bad.

How are you? How's the weather where you are? Do you have an autumn? A winter?
I grew up in NYC and should be used to this, but I'm not.
I always thought Georgia might be a nice place to live for the weather.
I'm told San Francisco is perfect, but I wouldn't move there. Too far from Italy. I need Italy.
Florida seems too hot all the time.
What do you think?

Wondering
Do you have seasonal affective disorder? I'm sorry that you are sad. :hugI hope you feel better soon.
I live in the desert so we don't really experience autumn. Palm trees and Bogenvilla look the same year round.

Life is tough and we all struggle. That's why people need to come together and support each other. The world is very sick. The good news is The Most High has promised everything will be OK. Christ is a comforter. He's there 24/7. Dr Jesus Christ. Always willing to comfort and talk.

Amen brother!

After analising a very complicated situation I have officially decided to go back to semi retirement.

3 months on. 3 months off.

Fulltime work is just not for me. I got better things to do.

Probably shouldn't be browsing on my phone with how quickly the battery drains
Yeah. You know they have the technology to make a longer lasting battery but they hook us by slowly adding the features we want that we should've had anyway.

Like video game consoles. We got a PS3 and then a year later they come out with a PS4. Same with the Wii and the XBox. Makes me mad!

That's the thing about consoles ain't it. There are games I want but I'm not going to buy new consoles just to get them. (Maybe I ought to switch the PC gaming?)
