Mom asked me what kind if pie I wanted for dessert, and I told her my favorite is (I know you're all dying to know)...pumpkin pie.

Is she going to put 58 candles on it? :p

Desu tte means "it is said that..." or "I hear that...", etc., but I don't get to use it, as it is a feminine form. So all yours!

Ex.: Nan desu tte? "What do you suppose it is?"
