Fedusenko, up here I've tried crickets, scorpions, rats, fire ants, beetles, some sort of caterpillar thingamajig, and in my drinking days..cobra whiskey!
In Oz ate kangaroo and emu regularly, as well as snake, lizard, buffalo and crocodile. I'm game with most game ....:D..but spiders ?errrr No..oh wait a minute...still no

Ha, you might be surprised! I have had everything you had in Oz but Emu. But you just set a goal for me! Everything is equally edible! I had Ant stew recently. They POP! I would love to try Cobra Whiskey just to say I have! Mmmm.... food and stuff.

How are rats? How was it prepared? Grain fed or organic?

Organic straight from the rice paddy.. about the size of a small possum. Kangaroo and emu are two of the healthiest meats in the world. Very low in fat and cholesterol and VERY high protein. Cobra whiskey is actually a medicine..theory goes that the venom leaches into the whiskey and in small amounts promotes all sorts of health benefits. What they DONT tell you is that is you drink too much of it (I found this the hard way) it actually causes lips and tongue to go numb like you just been to the dentist...
