You seem to specialise in giving quotes that do not support your opinions.

Neither of those quotes say that Jesus made a covenant with the Father or that they both passed through the parts in Gen 15:7-17.

Abraham didn't pass between the parts. (Gen. 15:7-17) The Covenant was confirmed with Jesus Christ. (Gal. 3:17) What do you think 'confirmed with Jesus Christ means'. What do you think Christ being surety for the New Covenant means? (Heb. 7:22) He was the responsible party.

Concerning the Abrahamic Covenant, Who passed between the parts with God? A smoking lamp and a furnace. Doesn't that remind you of someone? (Rev. 1:13) (Rev. 1;15) Probably not.

(Heb. 9:16) "For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator." That makes Jesus Christ the Testator...doesn't it. How could the Son be the Testator if He was not in covenant with the Father to receive those things He passed on?

You have admitted you don't know who the New Covenant is made with. You say, no one. That is absolutely an error. The whole point of a Covenant is between two parties.

So, if you want to continue with your 'smoke screen' to hide your 'error' go ahead. I have already said and supported my view of (Hosea. 6:7).

There are three types of covenants found in scripture. The Abrahamic, the Mosaic and the New Covenant mediated by Jesus. Under the old covenant there were no saving provisions for God's salvation until the new covenant of grace by that of Christ Jesus who redeemed us from the curse of the law being made the perfect sacrifice for sin, Hebrews Chapter 9. The new covenant is made between God and Jesus for the reconciliation of sin by God's grace to all who will come to Him and humble themselves before Him.

Galatians 3:23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
Galatians 3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

The Hebrew words for smoking furnace are "anan tannur" which means a portable furnace or a fire pot. The Hebrew word for a burning lamp or in another word, a flaming torch, is " lappid".

The flaming torch, like the pillar of fire, the lamp in the tabernacle and the glory of God signified the holy, awesome presence of the Lord moving among His people. God, not God and Jesus, moved as a flaming torch and a consuming furnace between the divided pieces to confirm His covenant with Abraham
