[_ Old Earth _] The Parting of the Red Sea.

Possibly B, but Vorlon has given no proof to suggest the biblical location was any different. He has just made a statement to show he disagrees, even though the archiological evidence supports the biblical story. As for my proof, I believe the Bible word for word.

As for the "translation" thing you mentioned, then you are making a God you don't believe in more powerful. I believe it is more of a miracle to more a mass over a distance instanly than to open a walk way through a sea.

A miracle is a miracle because God over rides His own laws.

An ax head floating on water or water coming out of a rock, make a donkey talk. etc.

The creator of all things can do anything He wants.

I don't know how I did that but I wrote the above quote.

Well, Vorlon, what about the discovery of many bodies at the bottom of the dead sea. Couldn't they be the Egyptians?

The discovery is bogus.

You made the claim. It's your job. Sooner or later you guys will understand the problem of proving a negative. It's like me asking you "So when did you stop beating your wife"?

Rez, your the one claiming the discovery is bogus. You have not given anything to support your opinion.

This links shows how archiologists have discovered a possible sight of the crossing.

This is the same guy who claims to have found Noah's Ark and the hiding place of the Ark of the Covenant. A real Indiana Jones if you ask me. Next thing you know he'll find the Holy Grail.

I know where the ark is...
  • Revelation 11:19. Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.[/*:m:40259]

Thus proving Ron Wyatt is a fake.

LOL You are going to be an especially difficult case to resolve. Try to follow this reasoning.
Who said there was a discovery.
Answer: you did.
My response was it was bogus.
Answer: You want me to prove a discovery that never occurred .
Thanks to Asimov he should have set you straight with the links as Wyatt is well known to be a fraud. Only Christians keep putting this nonsense up as truth because they have been taught to accept without questioning. Here if you are really searching for the truth try these links as well:

The links all are purely opinionated writings. Not one of the links gives archiological evidence that disputes Ron Wyatt's claims.I'd be more inclined to except your critism's if you would provide me with archiological proof in dispute of Wyatt.

So you really think he found the ark of the covenant?

Why has he not astounded the world with the Noah's Ark finding?

The reason why there is no archaeological disproof of Wyatt, is that ONLY Creationists have claimed to have seen his findings, and no other real scientists have been able to see what he claims.

If he found the ark of the covenant we would probably know by now, so I can be sure on that discovery. No archiologist has been right on everything they have said. As for the red sea, there is no contradictory evidence.

As for seeing things the way Wyatt and creationists do, it takes a good deal of guts for a person who doesn't believe in God to admit to proof supporting God's existence. Likewise, every time a claim is made to accept reasoning agaist God it has to be taken with a grain of salt by Christians. However, everythings I have seen that claims to disprove God only needs faith to make an explaination for God complete.

Brutus, the problem is that Wyatt's claims are consistently false. The Ark of the Covenant, Noah's Ark, Soddom and Gamorrah, Chariot Wheels??

It's hilarious to note that not even Answers in Genesis considers these to be true.

Very well, but why is it that his crossing sight is not in dispute? Both links you provide do not have anything archiological againstthe crossing site?
