The Ramble On thread

I can understand them doing this if they were hurting for business. But they aren't so why do it? They are both very busy all the time at lunchtime and in the even they both have a list of people waiting, sometimes all the way outside the door!

Greed.. Never content with what they have

Well I'm going to make it an early night tonite. Dont know why I am so tired the last few days

"Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him."
~James 1:12 KJV

Curse you, milk! You look so delicious and drinkable right now. But you'll just give me a stomach ache... (Lactose intolerant.)

So I can't sleep and am just sitting in the kitchen studying.

My younger brother who can't sleep either comes in going on in a very loud voice about zombies and romantic movie scenes and screaming at his own shadow. His explanation? "I'm too dang hyper!!"
For the next 15 minutes this goes on and I'm sitting here thinking, "My brother is insane." I teased him about being drunk, too, though I know there's no way that happened. (It was probably just the sugar from the chocolate milk he drank earlier along with a combo of not having gotten any sleep.)

Surprised he didn't wake our mom up with all that noise.

And, yes, my brother is insane. (Not literally.) That's why I love him. xD

I didn't know they made lactose-free ice cream. Cool. (I knew about lactose-free milk, but it's kind of expensive.)
I'm going to be using a lactase supplement. Thanks.
You're welcome. Maybe just get the milk occasionally, when you are having a milk attack ;)

قد والله يكاÙÂØ ØÙÂظ المسيحيين! (May God save the Christians of Egypt!)

"And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me."
~2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV

I love when verses like this come to mind right when you need them.

questdriven: Yes, and Epehsians has much about God's wondrous grace, too.

Blessings.

It's only 7:44 and I'm already tired. :gah That's what I get for waking up at 5 AM, I guess.

Trying to read something online when in the next room people are watching TV and talking is nerve-racking.

Ramble on thread? (Why didn't I notice this thread before?) I suppose some of you think I ramble on. Well, I don't. Okay, so maybe sometimes I do get a little carried away, but after a hard day's work, I suppose you could all have a little indulgence. Well, maybe indulgence isn't the right word, but the other day a fellow asked me how I was. I was okay, though I was suffering from this pain in my back. Have you ever had a pain in your back? Unpleasant, huh? I'll tell you what's unpleasant - it's unpleasant when your modem keeps dropping you from the internet, not that I had that problem until recently. It makes you wonder how they can put a defective product out on the market like that. I went out to the mall to have the modem's filter replaced, but that didn't solve the problem. Of course, the coin store is near the modem store. They buy and sell silver, though I have no interest in buying or selling silver.
