Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him.
Notice that this verse says every eye will see Him, even those that pierced Him. This would mean that all who are dead will be resurrected at the same time when Christ returns for at that time He will separate the sheep from the goats setting the sheep on His right hand and the goats on His left hand, Matthew 25:31-46. The one and only resurrection of the dead only happens when Christ returns on the last day, not during a 1000 year reign.
IMO, 1000 years in Rev 20 is not literal years, but only symbolic of a certain period of time as nowhere else in scripture does it mention a literal 1000 year reign of Christ here on earth, but symbolic as in Deuteronomy 7:9; 1Chronicles 16:15; Psalms 50:10; 90:4; 105:8 Ecc 6:6; 7:28; Daniel 5:1; 2Peter 3:8.
Revelation is as much symbolic as it is literal in the visions given to John about the end of days.
Everyone sees Him return, by a supernatural act of God everyone in hell (those who pierced Him) and on earth. It doesn't require they be alive physically.
Most commentaries say "all the nations (1484 ἔθνος ethnos)" in Matthew 25:32 "refers to all the people of the world and not to the nations as such".- Abernathy, D. (2015). An Exegetical Summary of Matthew 17–28 (p. 191). SIL International.
Only "all the people" who had interaction with "Christ's brethren" (Mt. 25:40, 45) are being judged, not everyone who survived Armageddon and had no dealings with "Christ's brethren".
Because only those who aided or failed to aid Christians in distress are being judged, some ancient and modern interpreters believe "all professed Christians" are being judged.
The Sheep and Goats failed to commit to Christ and be saved, therefore they were left behind when the Church was raptured.
The previous context (Mt. 25:13-30) concerns the professed Church, no one else:
`And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' (Matt. 25:30 NKJ)
Another indication the "sheep" are professed, but as yet not saved Christians, is Christ's words "`Come, you blessed of My Father,
inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: (Matt. 25:34 NKJ). The kingdom was prepared from the foundation of the world ONLY "for the Elect".
So the Sheep join "Christ's brethren" seated there with Christ, all the Christians who were raptured at Christ's coming. Its implied they were changed in a twinkling of an eye, translated into the Kingdom like Enoch (Heb. 11:5).
The word "resurrection" doesn't appear in this context because these are all survivors of Armageddon, they are still alive when Christ comes in glory with all His angels.
The goats are cast into the lake of fire to join the Beast and False Prophet.
This judgment happened at the beginning of the 1,000 year reign of Christ. Everyone else, those who survived Armageddon and had no relations with "Christ's brethren" enter the Millennial Kingdom of Christ. Their judgment is ongoing. If anyone sin in Christ's kingdom, they are cast off accursed, which means tossed into the lake of fire:
19 I will rejoice in Jerusalem, And joy in My people; The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, Nor the voice of crying.
20 "No more shall an infant from there live but a few days, Nor an old man who has not fulfilled his days; For the child shall die one hundred years old, But the sinner being one hundred years old shall be accursed.
21 They shall build houses and inhabit them; They shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit.
22 They shall not build and another inhabit; They shall not plant and another eat; For as the days of a tree, so shall be the days of My people, And My elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
23 They shall not labor in vain, Nor bring forth children for trouble; For they shall be the descendants of the blessed of the LORD, And their offspring with them.
24 "It shall come to pass That before they call, I will answer; And while they are still speaking, I will hear.
25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, The lion shall eat straw like the ox, And dust shall be the serpent's food. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain," Says the LORD.
(Isa. 65:19-25 NKJ)
Then, after the thousand years are over, Satan is released from his prison and the earth is tested once more, and all who choose evil are cast into the lake of fire with the Devil:
Then dead and hell release their dead and they are raised up either to a resurrection of life, or resurrection of condemnation:
7 Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison
8 and will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea.
9 They went up on the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. And fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them.
10 The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
11 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.
14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
(Rev. 20:7-21:1 NKJ)
28 "Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice
29 "and come forth-- those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation. (Jn. 5:28-29 NKJ)
So there is a "first resurrection" before Christ lands on earth, also known as the "gathering, rapture, change" and another General resurrection of all the dead.
Not one of the OT scriptures you cite prove this isn't literal.
