Lisa, how do you personally deal with all of those dire warningsChrist's love is unconditional.
Salvation is a one time covenant with the believer and God is faithful to us.

the wages of sin is death, which is why we are all going to die. but death doesn't have to equal burning in Hell for eternity. you understand the difference, right? Here is what James says. -
Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins. James 5:19-20
I don’t see where he said “as soon as”, but he does indicate at the beginning of his letter the process.
Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. James 1:13-15
- when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death

Based on this passage, Who’s sheep are they?He said to him, “Tend My sheep.”

i took a step away from this for one reason it was getting to the point of who is right who is wrong .StoveBolts said:
I believe salvation includes sanctification,
and this is related to discipleship.
That means we walk as Jesus walked.
How Jesus walked invites a long list ...
beginning with obedience and suffering!
How are we doin' with these two?
a believer can be spiritually dead as a result of sin in their life but that doesn't mean that they are no longer a child of God. it doesn't sever the relationship. Human parents do that kind of thing - disowning and disinheriting their children when they feel they've been wronged - but our faithful God does not do this.Wrong.
Death is a reference to perishing, eternal damnation, in the scripture you quoted.
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 6:23
Do you believe Paul is contrasting eternal life, and physical death.
Everyone dies physical death, even believers [Except those who are caught up in the rapture].

This is exhausting. No one has any claim to righteousness without Jesus Christ. We can't generate it ourselves . . so where do you stand with all of this? How many times have you lost your salvation today? or this week?
Have you seen the verses aboutNo one has any claim to righteousness without Jesus Christ. We can't generate it ourselves . . so where do you stand with all of this?
Yes. Do you understand ownership?Do you understand stewardship?
In that passage they are Jesus' sheep.
Another false accusation from you. You’ve not asked me this question and I haven’t avoided it.Now, please answer this question that you keep avoiding -
Do the lost need to be saved?
I'm actually more curious how you deal with it. Do you leave the house? I would fall into a constant shame-spiral if I believed that Jesus turned his back on me every time I stumbled.Lisa, how do you personally deal with all of those dire warnings
in the NT about the possibility of losing salvation,
such as da one below?
I didn't say that God's word is nonsense and in fact didn't even say the word nonsense. Your idea that salvation can be lost through sin is just plain wrong.Have you seen the verses about
who is righteous in the eyes of God
in this thread ... http://christianforums.net/Fellowship/index.php?threads/believers-stay-righteous-by-practicing-righteousness.78065/
P.S. it would be nice if you didn't say the verses are nonsense.

come on what a crazy question YES the lost need to be saved . we was lost at one time.
And when he returns to his home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, because I have found my sheep that was lost!’Luke 15:6 - https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=Luke 15:6&version=LEB
