They don't pay taxes. (maybe they pay secretly and privately.....like Christ encourages us to do)--Maybe they do not need to pay tax considering the fact (who know) that they overlabor themselves serving the country.;)

If they have our best interests at heart, how come they always exempt themselves and their families from the "programs created for our own good"?
