Many would have loved for Whitney Houston to sing for the Val Day stuff!


But Valentine has been Cancelled, anyway. Let's hope to celebrate it next year. Why was it cancelled? There has been a mathematical error of the nature (considering date DD, Month MM, Year YY respectively)

That's okay. My wife moved out of our marriage and our bedroom almost five years ago. It's a big nothing day for me anyway, lol.

The words "ass" is used a lot in the Bible. Mainly to describe pack animals, but still. It's not taking the Lord's name in vain, and in this case it serves to accentuate my incredulity that someone would do this, let alone post it, and in another galaxy entirely, believe it to hold any significance whatsoever.

Well I'm certain you didn't mean it in reference to a pack animal.

Here in America, believe it or not, the way you're using it is still largely considered off color and in the category of coarse joking, even filthy (for that is precisely where you see it used in our society).

4 Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place... (Eph. 5:4 NIV1984)

8 But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. (Col. 3:8 NIV1984)

Few will argue that what you shared doesn't fit into the above. Even if you're convinced it's okay to use, and use the way you did, godly love still dictates that you not offend others with what you feel you have the god given conscience and freedom to indulge.

I don't think you're being very charitable, Scootaloo. Classik was merely making a light-hearted observation. I don't think you needed to tear them a new orifice.

Or should I say, a new pack-animal-hole.
 
My husband asked me the other day if I was ever upset because we do not do the valentine thing.........they are still trying to surgically remove the green paper from his hands.:shame...........just kidding I have a great husband, (at times). Oh I am on a roll :yes

OK, seriously, he did ask me this and I told him we didn't need one day out of the year to show our love and appreciation for one another as he will always be my gift from God and I his, (even on the days I don't like him so much)..........oops, did it again, my bad :sorry I really do :adore him.
