Interesting article. It definitely shows how much peer pressure could be involved in supressing anything that fights for YEC. Because it will "Ruin your career." But I reckon it would take more than that to cause someone to believe in YE.

they didnt know then. i believe that there was a storm and marker couldnt be located. it was a fossilied indian of that time.

I'd be curious to know whether they could find any "evolutionary" difference between the human fossils from that site compared to humans now.

Interesting, in any case. Their careers could end over it? Seriously? No wonder there's no admittedly Creationist scientists except from Creationists organizations--they get ostracized over it.

I used to live in San Diego (Tierrasanta in fact) and I was always going over Mount Fortuna to the ICR museum / headquarters in Santee.

no, the vero man is . I live in vero, that site ,well is at the airport. I just went by it this morning.

be aware that the one fossil mentioned is but one. there was about ten men found. when the weathly wanted homes, they found these fossils and didn't properly take care of them or document them. they just got a few pics as some did notice and took pics and tried to stop the construction.
