Sometimes. I think a lot of times it's supposed to be light reflecting on it, though.

I guess spikey can look good. Maybe a bit of color streaking too. On some ppl.
Anime characters have really odd hair colors. xD FMA is probably one of the only exceptions.

I am currently listening to some of the music albums I bought with an iTunes gift card. Earlier I was listening to the album Innocence and Instinct, by Red, and now I'm listening to Fullmetal Alchemist: Themes and Songs.
Listening to Tenth Avenue North's album The Struggle. I especially like the song Worn:
