It's called being honest.I don't agree with her method of using her royalties,but I do know of person blessed by her. Also I could dig deep into that problem of well only a ministry should.if you are saved,you are a priest, and that is a type of ministry. We are called serve and not alll will hold an office in the five fold ministry. But if you work ,have a spouse ,kids.there is your ministry.

I could run that well he earned those millions,Uhm I see a lot of what wealth can do to some.wealth can be a blessing or a cursing if we don't watch it.

Joyce Meyers is a good teacher. But her financial empire undermines her image in the world and the church and that's sad. Creflo Dollar teaches really good stuff, too, believe it or not. And he has said he got rich from his personal investments, not from the ministry. I haven't watched him enough to know for sure, but he probably has the most genuine 'Prosperity Gospel' out there. You WORK and you live in obedience and God blesses you. You don't sit on the couch writing checks on your already meager funds and wait for a million dollars to show up on your door step.

Joyce and Creflo are the only two on TV I will watch. The Ken Copelands and Robert Tiltons have made it so that terms like 'charismatic', 'Full Gospel', and 'baptism in the Holy Spirit' have to be thrown out. They've tainted them so badly in the eyes of the world and church that people instantly associate those greedy clowns with those terms and decide those are not legitimate things and dismiss the fact that they really are. They have a very hot day waiting for them at the Judgment. They have done terrible, irreparable damage to Christ and the Church in the world. I'm appalled at the depth of greed these false teachers have sunk to. Because of the extent to which sin has them in it's grip I consider them no better than Hitler. Dangerous, destructive people serving an utterly selfish, personal agenda on a global scale.

That's based on the thinking that Adam was like we are going to be in our resurrected bodies. Jesus after he was resurrected walked through walls and could teleport to wherever he wanted to go.
I can't prove Creflo wrong about if Adam had that ability or not, can you?
I'm surprised (once again) that Hank Hanagraff the Bible Know-It-All guy didn't think of how Jesus could do those things.

Most people in the church simply do not know this--that God's blessings are conditional on what you do (while justification is not). You have to attend a church, or listen to a ministry, that teaches ALL of the scriptures to know this. That's what 'Full Gospel' is all about. They don't skip over parts of the Bible because of being told 'that doesn't mean what it means', or 'that isn't true anymore'. Okay, so some of them skip over the 'love of money' part, and that's what drove the whole movement into the ground to the point you can't even use the phrase 'Full Gospel' anymore without being beat up.

He won't own it personally. It will belong to the ministry. And they already have one. So it's not like he was asking something utterly outrageous. If my pastor was an itinerant world traveling speaker it would not be unreasonable that the church have it's own mode of transportation for him to do that. Don't get me wrong, I prolly wouldn't attend a church that had that kind of pastor and ministry. At the very least, it just looks bad.

He used it to pick Pat Robertson up at the airport and when Pat got off the plane and saw it he literally gave him the thumbs down. I have never heard a testimony of anyone who has sowed money in the church and recieved anything back from the church, or won lotto, or recieved 10 fold back somehow unless they invest in corps and shares they might make money. A works based gospel is not a blessing.

i dont think God's servants should live in poverty, but I do get...uncomfortable....when the feds investigate ministries. I get even more uncomfortable when a mix of business savvy and a popular message turns some preachers into 1%-ers, while many of the people sending them $$$ and buying books, dvds, etc. are scraping to get by.

so, yeah...i dunno. I'd rather spend a lil bit of $$$ on Battlefield of the Mind than a load of $$$ on some worldly "mental health professional" who couldn't possibly care less (been there, done that...), but the situation is kinda...complicated. Should anyone who makes their living off of Scripture and teaching how to apply God's wisdom to daily life have multiple homes, a plane, etc.? If I say "no," is it jealousy, some kind of anti-capitalist sentiment, or do I (and other people, too) have a point? Should there be a 'line,' in terms of compensation and lifestyle? If so, where is this line? Who decides? Who enforces it?

Freely give, freely recieve.
And like Paul says only give what you feel like giving with no compulsary.

So its a fact every single tithe church opposes Christ and Pauls teachings of freely giving under the gospel of grace, they prefer works and the law.

As soon as something is a compulsary it becomes a Law. So tithe is a Law. Must at least tithe 10% of income.

I do find it amazing how when it comes to tithe the law given to Moses still stands, yet everything else doesn't. Dont really see them obeying all the other festivals and offerings thats but them in complete bondage. No, just 10% of income will do fine, even 100% is Gods.

They want to live under Moses but only for tithe but as Christ says dont think I will accuse you before the Father, your accuser is Moses. They want to live under works of the Law.

The tithe goes to the Levite and i dont even think there is a single known Levite, gentiles claiming to be Jews taking the Levites tithe.

Where is my Joy?. Im happy truth me. I know the Gospel and the Gospel is Jesus is enough I dont need anything more. Nothing at all, no wealth or health or anything. It dont matter the situation.

These prosperity Teachers tell me Jesus can tell me how to live a really nice life its in the scriptures. But all i found was Jesus saying deny yourself and take up your cross. Oh, he did tell his diciples to have joy because he has overcome the world. Yes the Gospel of grace is Joy. Even the Apostles rejoiced after being thrown in prison and beaten senceless. What great prosperous lives they lived.

Because my Joy is trying to lead people back to the truth that is a gospel of grace not a gospel of works, and teachers of truth in the scriptures, not false christs. 2

It does not matter. Giving a compulsary amount is works based. If people think they must give a certain amount they are living under the law of God and have rejected the gospel of grace.

God is not interested in peoples tithes. He likes freely give, freely recieve, a good heart and a clean conscience.

Anyone who thinks they must or should give a compulsary amount has rejected the gospel of grace.

These false teachings telling people to tithe who are leading people away from grace and into works why they recieve.

You don't need to give 10% to have a clean conscience before God.
