That is understood as you posted. Abraham's seed in the thousands past the number the stars. So just by the shear number of something, one can not ascertain who belongs to which lineage Whom Christ came to save, which were lost.

StoveBolts asked if this was just a particular race, such as just Abraham's seed.

In effect, Christ was sent to save the lost of Abraham's seed by Which Adam being the head of all mankind by which sin came. The only way to know if someone was in this lineage is if they Make Jesus their Lord, otherwise because of shear numbers one would not possibly know, but One, and that is God.

So any argument about Abraham's seed is null, because there is no other factor that determines the seed, but that one is saved. For Christ came to save that which was lost of the seed.

God can ascertain. Its He that saves the Seed. Isa 45:25

I belive God knew we would. He still felt regret for creating, and knew that through Noah, mankind would agian rise back to the pre-flood evil. It all narrows down to this. God wants His followers to be that of faith, not just some created robot without awe and inspiration. He wants to be Glorified, and for His followers to look up to him as a child looking up to a heroic father.

Even after the 1000 year reign of christ, we see the devil gets loose for 'a time'. I can assume that to be one year, but still not edumicated enough to make that determination. Anyway knowing the devil well, he will most likely flash gold or some other valuable item around and get people hooked to that. It will be then to determine if you are going to follow Christ, or the Devil's 'New Improved Economy'

And I believe that God will let that happen, because through the 1000 year reign, people born within that time, will be like robots, obeying but not knowing the true meaning of faith. So there will be that last test, of who really loves Him, and who loves the flesh or the world.

There were after all two trees in the garden of significance
