What is the balance between grace and faith?

I agree with your statement.
I would add that there are born again people who think very much the same. They are like the people in Corinth, that are not growing in faith and therefore are weak and unproductive.

Yes, I so agree. I do like the teachings of Andrew Wommack as what he teaches comes straight from the word and not from traditions of man.

One can get out of balance between the two as many believe all it takes is Gods grace to save us, but forget that faith is a vital part of grace as faith is that of Christ Jesus who did not take our sins upon him, but was made a final sacrifice for us to be able to reconcile ourselves back to that grace of God through repentance and confessing Christ as Lord and Savior. Many people think grace is all they need for if God loves me He is not going to punish me if I am a good person, but yet lack that of the Spiritual renewal of John 3:3-7. Yes, God has done everything He is ever going to do and now it's up to us by faith to believe and carry on the works of the Lord until His glorious return.
Sounds like the terms grace and faith need to be made more clear to me. In what exactly are we trusting in that would cause the Spiritual renewal in John 3:3-7? For me it began with a revealing of Jesus as speaking Truth and showing a Love that was undeniable. It grew from there to a submission in honesty and humility with the Holy Spirit as He sanctifies me through revealing the lies I was under. All of this I see as grace.
