lol... Doesn't mean anything serious. Just that they represent a lot of things. There are other doctrines similar to theirs ...maybe the reason for the '2'

But a Jehovah Witness doesn't believe Jesus was also God in the flesh, so how is the new earth part of their belief?

Some think they will live on the earth and think 144,000 will be in heaven

I personally don't believe your view that you will simply cease to exist. If I remember correctly from some of your previous posts you used to be a believer. I believe (and I'm going to assume that you also did at one time-even though assumptions usually get me in trouble) that we will ALL stand before the judgement seat one day. Should you face judgement with the same views that you have today, I believe (and the reason for the scripture about idle words) that you will regret comparing the alternative that our Lord Jesus offers to the alternative that Santa Claus offers. Not trying to argue. Just my thoughts and maybe something to think about.
I knew you didn't believe my view. You could hardly be Christian and subscribe to it. As for my former beliefs, you are right, my beliefs were orthodox Christian, and included belief in judgement day.

But you seem to think that I have slandered your God when I did no such thing. It was an analogy, and an apt one that was immediately clear to anyone who shares the common cultural heritage behind it. I could no more regret my view of death in light of an alternative I believe does not exist than I could regret buying Christmas toys when confronted with the option of having Santa Claus, another being I do not believe exists, deliver them for me. It was not a comparison of what each offers. It was a comparison of the choice you offered me with a similar choice that would make clear the untenable nature of the original choice. Analogies are only useful for what is under analysis and nothing more.

Where will you spend your eternity?
Possible answers:

Atheists: In the grave
JW: Here on Earth
JW2: In the new earth
The rest: With God in Heaven.

So where will you spend your eternity???;)
On Earth, as the Bible teaches.

On Earth, as the Bible teaches.

That's strange, in that same Bible..

the word - heaven - appears 582 times - in 549 verses
the word - heaven's - appears once - in 1 verse
the word - heavenly - appears 23 times - in 22 verses
the word - heavens - appears 133 times - in 127 verses

the word - hell - appears 54 times

'2' - perhaps the people with similar belief do

But we all read from the save Bible correct? There are scriptures in the Bible that deny their belief.
The words New Earth to me is a heavenly place, not of this world. What does New Earth mean to a JW?

Yes. Only God can change their view of 'heaven on earth thing'.

They have their own translation. Combine that with a distinct set of beliefs guiding their interpretation of Scripture and it isn't hard to believe they could come up with their doctrines even when the original text remains the same.

That doesn't make sense. What about the scriptures when Jesus spoke, do they not match? Jesus is Jesus no matter what translation or version of the Bible you're reading. What does their translation say about Revelation 21:1 & John 5:39-47

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

You study the scriptures because you think that in them you will find eternal life,
and these very scriptures speak about me, yet you are not willing to come to me to have life.

How would that passage cause problems for a Jehovah Witness? The majority of saved will be resurrected to live on the new earth.

A Jehovah Witness doesn't believe that Jesus was God in the flesh.
In order to believe they must repent of their sins and come to Faith.

Neither did the Arians, and yet both were quite happy using the Bible in the formation of their beliefs. And both also sought repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, just not as God in the flesh.

If the Arians did not believe he was God in the flesh, they did not fully repent and receive eternal life in the life after this. A good and happy man still sins. In order to receive eternal life in the Holy realm, you have to repent of your sins and be born of the Holy Spirit.

Side Note: A happy man on the outside of Christ,
doesn't even compare to the joy one feels on the inside of Christ.

How could their belief in the nature of savior effect the sincerity of their repentance? I do not gainsay you in the matter of whether or not their repentance was effectual or not towards the end of eternal life, but that they did not fully repent seems to be an unsupportable statement.

As for happiness on the outside and inside of Christ, I have experienced both and think they can be compared. You may not believe me, may even be compelled by your belief system to discount what I say, but I am confident in this matter.

What does repenting mean to you exactly? You're comparing the Glory that's in Heaven to what you feel on earth? If you've experience both, you would know when i speak of Heaven, i speak of a place that is not of this world, right? Heaven and earth are two completely different places. They can't be compared. When i mean outside and inside of Christ, when you are on the inside you receive the fruits and gifts that come from Heaven, they are not earthly, they are Heavenly. Where Jesus lives is Holy, Heaven is Holy and Pure. Sin is defiled. In order to live there you MUST be born of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God is HOLY, thus being called the HOLY Spirit and the Holy Spirit is inside Jesus. Everything that comes from God comes from Heaven, the fruits and gifts of the Holy Spirit are inside the body of Christ, and when a person repents of their sin, they are baptized inside the body of Christ. And these fruits and gifts are added unto you because the body of Christ dwells inside you now, because you repented FULLY.

The Fruits of the Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control / The Gifts: Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety, Fear of the Lord, Wisdom
