I agree Vince...the British even continued their naval blockade of Germany into the Weimar Republic days.

The Battle of Jutland was one of very few naval battles in ww1. The ironic part about the naval war in ww1 was that becasue of the invention and development of the Dreadnought, there was stalemate between the British and Germans from before the war until 1916 when the Battle of Jutland happened, becasue no-one could afford to lose the expensive Dreadnought.
