I'm a World War 2 buff, and I assure you that Hitler was not a madman. He had an intelligent, workable plan of conquest. The Japanese fouled him up by bombing Pearl Harbor, bringing the US into the war. An unusually cold Russian winter, preceded by the incredible courage of the British people, could not reasonably have been anticipated.

Agreed. He could not have done what he did without some great intelligence. Although I wish he wasn't as smart as he was. :D
 
The german war machine in its efficency has always had my admiration. The tiger tank was way ahead of its time. Glad that we won and defeated that machine. It was a very efficient evil and efficient machine that would have conquered the world if the u.s didnt get involved.

All right! Air Force won their bowl game, Navy won their bowl game, the Philadelphia Eagles made it to the play-offs, and Notre Dame stank again this year. Although they didn't win, my beloved Philadelphia Phillies made it to the World Series.

Small wonder that a champ like me will be the last one to post on this thread for this decade.
