Ok. We will see. Thanks. I thought that too at one time until I weighed everything in the balance. Everyone always calls Israel the holy land. But the many do not see Israel as the Beautiful Land. They did long ago and even fought for it. But that has faded and is long forgot by most. Since I think the king of the North is allied with the man of sin, that may be why I have to disagree with that view. I know that does not mean I am right . However, I will go with the majority sentiment concerning America being the Beautiful Land not only because of yes beautiful land but as a land of opportunity to so many including Jews who have fled here. Only religious and Jews would hold your sentiment these days. Of course, Daniel would have at that time probably thought as you think today, I suppose but what did God mean? I can understand your point of view I once held it and I would actually want you to be right ya know? Considering where we are. But at the same time, I too love that ancient land and see it as beautiful.

I've believed for several years that Israel is the little horn which came from the north west from Europe.
I believe the king of the north gives Israel a host(army).
If I'm right, I don't think it will be many more years before it happens but we'll see.
Mt. Hermon too has a side that goes on the Syrian border. Based on all the other bibles simply saying " the mount of meeting far north" mostly and the NIV the only one contradicting all the rest including older versions, I'm going with Mt, Hermon. NIV has many mistakes known to most bible thumpers.

Why is Mount Hermon called the eyes of Israel?

Since I believe the Beautiful land is America, and because the power of the Rothschild in Israel, I believe you are right about the little horn. But if you notice it happens once the four horns pointing to the four winds spread out, this could be as I have said and you and I actually agree unawares. You believe from Europe came this goat and being established in Israel spread out toward the four winds which means it's power of reach. America is the Beautiful Land it grew toward; I mean think about what you are saying? You are essentially saying what I have been saying about Israel becoming strong under Rothschild, and you called it the little horn. So, therefore the Beautiful Land in your own opinion could not be Israel because you called Israel the little horn and I agree from Israel the little horn is rising, the false Messiah growing/ grew up.

What your not paying any attention to is not who God said he would give that cup to but who he gives it to.Can't make it any clearer then that.
So many people preach God is going to destroy the entire world because the entire world worships the beast and recieves the mark of the beast. But scripture only shows one city receiving the cup of God's wrath.
Now could it be that God doesnt destroy the entire world because the entire world doesn't worship the beast and its image or recieve its mark?
Why does revelation say, God remembers the city Babylon, to give unto her the cup of His wrath?
You get any more clear than that?

In Daniel chapter 11,the armed forces of the north Invade the south and have war with the south three times.
The last and final time the armed forces comes in a great fleet of ships and destroy the middle east.
What country do you know has invaded the middle east at least two times in your lifetime?

It's obvious that Russia is no match for the northern alliance when they can't even beat Ukraine using the weapons the northern alliance has given ukraine.
