why does it happen all the time

Would it help to understand the filth of porn by getting an inside look at how it is produced?

If those who think of it as a victimless crime knew that the photographer has a camera in one hand and a gun in the other, and that the model had some unknown drug injected into her, would it matter?

What if someone were to admit that they recognized a little girl in their magazine as one that was in the news a few weeks before, reported to have gone missing while walking home from school?

The folks that photograph, print and mail out the magazines are simply rapist with cameras. They buy and sell children with less compassion than a pet store owner sells goldfish.

Would knowing the details of the industry take some of the romance out of it?

Yes, Gabby - I think that it would... Unfortunately it appears most "men" (and I use the term loosely) think of Hugh Heffner and think he was a "wonderful life". Look how porn has become main stream.

Women have "toy parties", magazines now peddle soft porn (FHM and other mags), the producer of Girls Gone Wild has a website devoted to help raise money for his legal fees and toutes his humanitarian acts (no mention of filming underage, drunk girls!), celebreties endorese him! Jennifer Aniston gave the videos to then husband Brad Pitt has a gift!

Next time you see an attractive women and you have thoughts that are impure, imagine that girl being your daughter and you knowing strange men are looking at her in the same way!.

I know why adultery and porn are sins.

I guess I'm asking, with frustration, why don't MEN ADMIT it's a sin?

The unrepentant sinner will end up burning forever in flames, in hell. Why don't men feel
afraid of that, why do men laugh at being in torment forever?

Are you telling me that you do not attempt to justify any of your sins?!?

LOL... it's tax season here in the US. :-D How many people think of this as they're doing their taxes and looking for the "loopholes"?

Mat 22:21 They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.

Methinks this might be the differences in seed that is planted in good ground, and seed that goes by the way side. Perhaps even the difference between thirty fold, sixty fold and a hundredfold.

The attitude of the heart into which the seed is planted.
One comes to God wanting to know how much he can remain the same, only avoiding eternal hell.
Another comes to God, wanting to be purged of one sin, but not the other.
The third comes to God wanting to be as far away from the things of the world and as close to the things of God as he can be.

I believe that the heart of a Christian can be plowed up, the hard places broken, and that the thirty fold and sixty fold Christian can have a change of heart so that they want to be a hundredfold Christian.

Someone once shared this with me.
(Back to the mud  )

When a sheep falls into a mud hole, he usually does not know how he got there. He does not want to be there. He needs his shepherd to rescue him and to clean him up. Once out of that hole and clean, he does not want it to happen again.

On the other hand, you can take a pig out of the mud hole, wash him off and clean him up, spray cologne on him, and so on. But the minute you turn him loose, he is going to get back in that mud hole just as quick as he can.

This is where we need the Lord's discernment, and we gain that through prayer. Leaning on our own understanding, it can be difficult for us to tell what it is that is covered with all of that mud. If it is a sheep that is in need of our compassion and help, then we need to treat it differently than we would a pig. We need to ask the Good Shepherd to use His rod and staff to keep that sheep out of the mud.

They have been taught that it is a victimless crime. They hear the word victimless, they want to believe that lie. They ignore the word crime.

It is a battle that needs to be fought in prayer.
Picket signs and post cards to senators and ad agencies are weapons of the world.

Hi Gabby, some say we are what we eat! :-D

Deu 14:8 And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcase.

Heh. 8-) (it's a joke, people)
