Why I can't believe in rapture theory

I can only conclude we live in the resurrection and Christ is the resurrection and right now is the resurrection.

Why are people waiting for some ressurection event and something to happen when Christ said directly in scripture he is the resurrection.

Do people think Christ has left them and they dont have Christ in them and they are waiting for the resurrection when Christ himself said I am the resurrection?

If Christ says I am the resurrection and Christ is also in you, then the resurrection is in you.

Bodily resurrection Jesus was raised.if there be no.resurrection of the dead our faith is dead.we die ,therefore we can't say it's present

As far as I know of there were two known ressurections in the bible, and in Hebrews where it says Christ broke the power of the devil through his death, so I can only conclude the devil is powerless and there has been ressurections of the dead.

Maybe there is a finally ressurection I don't know. I just believe in Christ and his work thats all, I just believe the gospel. I don't follow any doctrines. Just believe the gospel and that it.
The resurrection Jesus spoke of is the resurrection of us all on the last day. He would send out His angels to gather His elect from the ends of the heavens. That is a bodily resurrection with bodies not of the dust of the earth. A 1st century resurrection is not a possible answer.

A generation in the bible is 40 or 70 years. It proves it over and over. Thats scripture, its biblical.

Jesus told his diciples this generation would not pass untill all these things be fullfilled.

From the birth of Christ until the temple was destroyed and Jerusalems great tribulation was exactly 70 years. From the time Christ started preaching these things and the Gospel in 30ad to the destruction of the temple and Jerusalems great tribulation was exactly 40 years.

When Christ said "this generation will not pass untill all these thing be fullfilled", exactly 40 years later the temple was levelled and Jerusalem had great tribulation. Believers in Christs words fleed to the mountains when they seen Jerusalem being surrounded by the army of the north. Everyine else was saying hide us from the wrath of God and Prophets on the streets saying woe woe to Jerusalem.

I think Christ returned, just not in the way people expect.

People want Jesus to return the way they want him to return and how they interpret scripture, but Jesus does not return the way people want and expect him to.
(Matthew 24:1-14 [YLT])
[1] And having gone forth, Jesus departed from the temple, and his disciples came near to show him the buildings of the temple, [2] and Jesus said to them, `Do ye not see all these? verily I say to you, There may not be left here a stone upon a stone, that shall not be thrown down.' [3] And when he is sitting on the mount of the Olives, the disciples came near to him by himself, saying, `Tell us, when shall these be? and what is the sign of thy presence, and of the full end of the age?'

[4] And Jesus answering said to them, `Take heed that no one may lead you astray, [5] for many shall come in my name, saying, I am the Christ, and they shall lead many astray, [6] and ye shall begin to hear of wars, and reports of wars; see, be not troubled, for it behoveth all these to come to pass, but the end is not yet. [7] `For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places; [8] and all these are the beginning of sorrows; [9] then they shall deliver you up to tribulation, and shall kill you, and ye shall be hated by all the nations because of my name; [10] and then shall many be stumbled, and they shall deliver up one another, and shall hate one another. [11] `And many false prophets shall arise, and shall lead many astray; [12] and because of the abounding of the lawlessness, the love of the many shall become cold; [13] but he who did endure to the end, he shall be saved; [14] and this good news of the reign shall be proclaimed in all the world, for a testimony to all the nations; and then shall the end arrive.

Jesus clearly denotes the things that clearly mark the generation of which He is speaking here and in the Parable of the Fig Tree He cursed. That Fig Tree, symbolic Israel, bloomed May of 1948,the 14th I recall. The issue is a matter of reading or ignoring the context. The problem is we have so many antiChrists today that are teaching the Heresies of these New
Covenant churches that chop the Scriptures into parcels to create this new gospel that sounds so right but it is not The Gospel, it is a lie or a set of lies. We are someplace in the final generation, right now.

Jesus did not know the date or hour of the resurrection.
Matt 24:36
"But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

Rom_6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

1Pe_4:6 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.

Jas_2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

1Ti_5:6 But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.

Eph_2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

Col_2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
Eph_2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

Col_2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

A few verses to ask the the question are we Christians not already resurrected from death...

I agree but we need to know that we have a physical change soon

Jesus cursed the fig tree and said no fruit ever come from you again and the fig tree died.
