Look, really look........God is stating right here that only the good soil people remain in the Word and believe to the point of saved! Everyone else.....no........the devil took away the word from their hearts.....it wilted, died, got choked out. What other descriptive things? Anything but remained and grow
How does this show us that soils two and three never believed to the point of being saved?

1 Cor15:1-4 is where we find Paul’s Gospel Of Grace Plus Nothing......it was different because it was Given AFTER The Cross...... The Cross changed almost everything as it took humanity from a Law- Based Salvation to a Grace - Based Salvation
The Gospel That Paul preached had something in it that the Old Testament never contained —- The Power to Save.....That Power was made possible by a Secret That Nobody was aware of until Jesus revealed it to Paul ......it was a Secret that God had kept hidden for Millenia. That Secret was “ Christ IN us— The Hope Of Glory.....”

More later.....maybe.....bed time now.......zzzzzzzzzzz.....

Is the Gospel of Jesus Christ, different that Paul’s Gospel?

If we Trust in Paul’s Gospel we will get the Holy Spirit and Without “ That”, we are “ None Of His”......

Jesus Christ sent Paul to preach the Gospel.

Thank God we have a record of that.

Words of Christ in red —

But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you. I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’ “Therefore, King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision, but declared first to those in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent, turn to God, and do works befitting repentance. Acts 26:16-20

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is what Paul was sent to preach.

If it doesn’t contain the word repent, it’s not the Gospel.

Repent means “turn to God”.

If we are called to turn to God then as you can see we are called to turn away from Satan, as our lord.

The way we obey the Gospel command “repent” is to confess Jesus as Lord.

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:9-10

  • with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Paul’s own words to the Thessalonians —

in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Thessalonians 1:8

Obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

how does it show they was

The word believe, Jerry.

Jesus said they believed.

But the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who believe for a while and in time of temptation fall away. Luke 8:13

The proof that they believed, was they were being persecuted
BECAUSE they believed.

They fell away from Christ. They deserted Him, so they could live a little longer.

If someone deserts the army during battle because they want to live a little longer, does that mean they were never in the army?

For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it. Luke 9:24

But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles. Matthew 13:20-21

Jesus says those who endure to the end will be saved.

But he who endures to the end shall be saved. Matthew 24:13

'Forever' is conditional on you continuing to believe.

"2By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you." - 1 Corinthians 15:2

"we are his house, if indeed we hold firmly to our confidence" - Hebrews 3:6

"he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation— 23if you continue in your faith, established and firm, and do not move from the hope held out in the gospel." - Colossians 1:22-23

"24As for you, see that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father." - 1 John 2:24

Even Calvinism says you have to believe to the very end to be saved. It just says you automatically always will believe, but we have the Galatians, the Corinthians, and the Hebrew church to show that's simply not true.
I don't know about you, but it is impossible for me to unsee what I have seen. I can't fall out of faith.

Hebrews 9:12 He did not enter by mean of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood.

When I told you God gave me the same revelation that Peter received. The revelation pertains to the literal blood of Jesus. I can't not have that revelation now.

You and JLB are speaking to people who are on the path and there is a fork in the road either to the narrow path, or the broad road. I'm already on the narrow path. So stop trying to get me back to the fork in the road.

Simply knowing Jesus is the Christ doesn't save anybody.
Putting your trust in Jesus is what saves.

Every unbeliever who has rejected Christ knew that Jesus is the Christ when they were presented with the gospel because God showed them he is the Christ, but they chose not to put their trust in him:

"Whoever does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because they have not believed the testimony God has given about his Son." - 1 John 5:10

Just 'seeing' that Jesus is the Christ is not what saves. So it isn't a matter of not being able to unsee what God has shown you about Jesus being the Christ. It's about whether or not you put your trust in Christ, and will continue to put your trust in Christ.

I'm already on the narrow path. So stop trying to get me back to the fork in the road.
What we're trying to do is prepare you for the fork in the road that is ahead.
Every believer will one day be presented with trials and tribulations and persecutions that will test your faith.
We want you to be prepared ahead for this time and be fully aware that if you take the fork in the road to the left and choose to no longer believe and trust in Christ because of those sufferings you will not be saved when Jesus comes back.

If you've been viewing and/ or reading alternate, independent news services you will see that the persecution of us Christians is coming, and is coming soon. In fact, it's already started. Do not be fooled by a gospel that tells you that you are saved no matter what you do, or say, or think, or believe, or that you will always do, say, and think, and believe the right things. You must know that you have to continue to believe the gospel you heard in the beginning, even through the severest of trials and testing of your faith, in order to remain saved and enter into the kingdom when Christ returns.

Why do you think you are different than the Galatians and the Corinthians and the Hebrew church?
Not being snarky. It's an honest question.

"12So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don’t fall!" - 1 Corinthians 10:12

"Do not be arrogant, but tremble. 21For if God did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare you either.
22Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off." - Romans 11:20-22

Jesus gives eternal life only to those whom He already knows will be His: "I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish" (Jhn 10:27, 28). What would be the sense in Him saving anyone if He already knows they would't choose to keep it? I'm not suspecting that anyone actually thinks this way, but I believe such a situation would be doubting His omniscience. He only saves those whom He knows will never become lost again (if that were possible).

It is like asking, "is Beethovan's 5th different when you sit closer to the percussion section?

Yes. There are differences, but nothing substantial. It is the Holy Spirit's tune and both Jesus and Paul are singing in harmony.

Judas was predestined to reign with Christ and the other 11.

Judas chose his own way.

So Jesus said to them, “Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Matthew 19:28

I'm late to the conversation, but here is my reply.

There are actually two eternal lives as in two destinations. One being with the Lord for eternity in the New Jerusalem or eternal life of damnation being cast into the lake of fire in God's final judgement. Life eternal is either being with Christ for eternity or being cast into the lake of fire for eternity never being able to come to the Lord. Those who are easily deceived are those who are weak in faith that are tossed to and fro believing the lies of the devil who works through false prophets. These people plus those who reject truth are in danger of eternal damnation as God judges them unless they become obedient to the Lord obeying His commands and statures before the door of God's salvation is closed forever when Christ returns. Ephesians 4:1-16.

John 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
John 5:29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

2 Thessalonians 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2 Thessalonians 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2 Thessalonians 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

The Spirit hadn't been given at the time Judas was living.

John 7:38-39 "Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him" By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.

The baptism of the Holy Spirit had not been given.

What does that have to do with Judas being predestined to reign with Christ and the other apostles, anyway.

Putting your trust in Jesus is what saves.
Actually it is scripturally sound to say "believe in him" = Saved

John 6:29 Jesus answered, "The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent."

Acts 16:31 They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved - you and your household."

John 5:24 "I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life." - Mark 9:7 Then a cloud appeared and enveloped them, and a voice came from the cloud: "This is my Son, whom I love. Listen to him!" Matthew 3:17 And a voice from heaven said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased."

John 20:29 Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed, blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

Even with Jesus..........standing in front of him........after being dead..........he was doubting, so I REALLY do know that it has to do with who Jesus IS and what REALLY happened with him.

Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

The gospel is not the laws wrapped up in a new package. The gospel is Jesus and the power over death. We have been raised with Christ.

Colossians 3:1-3 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.
