So you deny who Jesus Christ is.
The Bible says you are wrong.
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Look then to Scripture, how multitudes thinking they are okay with Jesus, that they are saved, do not find out until after they die that Jesus does not even know them and throws them out.
They likely had many 'friends' patting them on the back while they were alive on earth, all congratulating one another and encouraging each other to continue (without any repentance!) just as if they are saved forever, when they are not.
If my opinion were contrary to the truth, I would still be serving sin. (John 8:32-34, 1 John 3:9)
Nobody but me turned from my sin and got baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of my past sins.
Without repentance from sin, and baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, there is no salvation.
Someone's doctrine has cheated you out of salvation.
Amen, to the verse.
The devil has great power to produce mass-delusions.

A Christian /Believer is Gods Creation alone Isa 43 7
Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.
Sure a person will obey after they are born again
Men can do all that is necessary to be quickened by the Holy Spirit.
If they DON'T want to be reborn, they won't be.
If they do want to be reborn, Jesus provided the way, via His death, burial, and resurrection.

Who repented of your sins, for you ?
Who got baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your past sins ?
Who will endure faithfully until the end, for you ?
Amen to that, and probably part of the reason His don't commit sin !

In context, God is speaking of Israel !
Describe how one can be reborn, without obeying God ?
The obvious repercussion of your doctrine here, is that it makes it easier to live without sin !
If they can obey after rebirth, doesn't continued sinning manifest a lack of rebirth ?
On that point, I can agree with you !

Will you be saved on the day of judgement, if you are not reborn ?
Man can't be God, but he can be obedient to Him and obey His commands.
We can turn from sin, and as no Holy Spirit will remain in a polluted temple, keeping sanctified is something we must do to be saved.
Enduring faithfully until the end is another thing we must do.
Your emphasis on what we can't do, detours you from what we MUST do, in order to be found faultless on the last day.

Only sinful pride blinds people thinking they can do something to be saved.
They need to be on the same level with God.
With these people God is not sovereign, they themselves are.
A right understanding of Theology Proper, Soteriology and Hamartiolgy would put these people in their proper place.

To be born again is in the passive voice and its not a command. Did you have anything to do with your first natural birth or was you passive ? or Did you obey a command ?
