Edward, you were pretty well right! :) I actually dislike Google translate as it throws up to many errors when using Thai-English or English-Thai. The kids at school sometimes try to use it for their homework and then when I mark their work for them, they argue telling me "It's Google translate...

Just an update, Eli is absolutely fine, and my symptoms have diminished to almost nothing during the course of the day! And I haven't taken any meds for 3 days! I can smell and taste food again with no fever!

Yes, it did. Thai is an extremely difficuly language to speak, far less read and write...42 consonants, 16 vowels and 5 tone markers....and there are no spaces between words in a sentence....sheesh...it does my head in some days

"At our church, there are several with tatts, including several middle aged women"

Not pierced and no intention of being so. But if i was, it would depend on the kiosk. You can't brand them all the same just as you cant rate all parlors the same. So many variables. If they had good hygiene and equipment, age doesn't really come into it, it's skill. Its the same with artists...

Jason, yes Ford Motor Company Holden is the Australian arm of GM. Very strong rivalries and loyalties but as Agua has stated, after nearly 100 years, the CEO's in the US have decided loyalty to Oz is no longer required. Note: Your Pontiac GTOs a few years ago (early 2000s) were actually Holden...

    how the aussie settle arguments

Hey Claudya and Jason, owyazgarn, orright? (who said Aussie is hard to understand?) Kangaroos don't actually kick high, they raise their feet to kick downwards. Their middle toe has an elongated claw which is very sharp and very strong. There have been a few cases over the years where people...

Kathi, I've read a similar article, but I believe it was actually true. Not as in actually underground, but a covert operation to free the poor souls who had been enslaved. Maybe Farouk or someone from the US can clear that up for me / uss?
  15. Paul1965

    Gday

Farouk, ALL of the states were in existence at the beginning of the century. The exception is the ACT (Australian capital territory) where th evil-doers who destroy run the country are ensconced.

Thank you everyone. Eugene, can you read / write Thai? I'm hopeful that it is God's will that I am here to serve Him for a while longer yet (plans in progress) and the flu will go away. I am a little better this morning. That being said, I really believe in HIS WILL be done. Also re the...

God has done so much to enrich my life already, I feel kind of greedy asking Him for His help again. However I was left with no choice 3 days ago. This will be a long post so please bear with me and if it goes outside forum guidelines, I ask that the moderators split it into two at an...

:lol2:hysterical Hey Kiwi, yep I do remember, it the remnants of Oz that have given your greats like Hadlee their inherited from Oz ancestors skills. Jonah, well he was just a freak of nature that man. No union jack because it is the Eureka stockade flag. When the Aussie miners Led by the...
