This is a long study. I am not good at explaning the Scripturers. All I can do is to read the explanation and see if they make sence with the whole context.

In OT times those godly people freely used God's name. I believe R7 can explain this.

Jewish people stopped using His name because of superstician that using His name is blasphemous.

Good luck trying to prove that with Scripture. Then again I am sure you will just make something up.
