Have you come up with a good answer to my question? This is one reason that the Pre-Trib Rapture is held by more Evangelicals than the Post-Trib Rapture. Many people have left their Post Trib position because of this question. It has no legitimate answer.

The fourth kingdom was the Roman Empire which conquered the third kingdom (leopard) in 146 BC, and later conquered or captured Jerusalem, i.e. in 63 B.C., and constituted Herod, a Roman vassal king, as ruler of the Land of Israel, from 63 to 4 B.C. , and although Israel be under the Roman dominion, the Temple of Jerusalem was renewed by king Herod. At that time JESUS would birth in Israel in fulfillment of the Word of GOD, course.
With the birth of JESUS and establishement of His Ministry around 29-33 AD, started a new Era, whose happenings I will try to describe according the Word of GOD, in next post, as follows:

GOD sent JESUS and establishes the second covenant, for putting an end to the transgression, for making an end of sin, for forgiving iniquity, for bringing in everlasting Justice, for setting the seal on vision and prophet, and for anointing the Especially Holy Place. Simultaneously, GOD sent Elyjah: Matt.11:12-15-CJB:

The Jews who attended Church services in Rome troubled the brethren with their theories and discussions of the Mosaic cult, and Paul in his epistle said that he was being barred from visiting the brethren of the Church in Rome-Rom.1:v.13. In chapter 2 Paul speaks harshly to the Jews, especially in verses 17 to 29.
In fact, it was the embryo of an apostate movement being born in the Church of Rome, an embryo of Antichrist within the Church of the Lord in Rome. John in his universal epistle said: 1 John 2:v.18-19:

The prophecy of Daniel 9:27 remained/stayed in stand by even until the current time, because the Roman Empire was DISSOLVED, but not ceased, it remains morph or in standby something like this, and it until this current time, even until the manifestation of the Beast of earth-Revelation 13:11-18.

The Beast of sea and the Beast of earth are and will be allied in the first half of the last week- iron and clay- , but they don't cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

The prophecy of Daniel 9:27 remained/stayed in stand by even until the current time, because the Roman Empire was DISSOLVED, but not ceased, it remains morph or in standby something like this, and it until this current time, even until the manifestation of the Beast of earth-Revelation 13:11-18.
As is written above (verse 4), the FOURTH huge biblical kingdom -ROMAN EMPIRE- was divided in two parts (represented by two legs of Nebuchadnezzars's statue-Daniel 2):
(1st part) the western kingdom, it lasted until 476 AD;
(2nd part) the eastern kingdom, it lasted until 1453 AD.
The ten horns is Israel with its 10 tribes dominated by the Roman Empire until 70AD, and the eleventh horn that sprang up among the ten horns is the Beast of the earth-Revelation 13:11-18. Israel, being descendants of Abraham, was an appendage/appendix within Roman Empire, actually Israel was of above, but the Gentilic Kingdom of Roman Empire was of beneath.
Now, even now, with the appearance of the Beast of the earth-the eleventh horn, the false messiah - , Israel will ally with the Beast of sea, which acccording his roots is like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority(Daniel 7:4-6 and Revelation 13:2p-Check it.). The Beast of sea and the Beast of earth are and will be allied in the first half of the last week- iron and clay- , but they don't cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
And in the first half of the last week, the Beast of earth-the false messiah- will give his power, and his throne in Jerusalem, and great authority, to the Beast of sea-Rev.13:2-, then will be by both Beasts the Antichrist's Empire-iron mixed clay- and Jerusalem, the great city, spiritually called Sodom and Egypt, will be trodden by the Gentiles for 42 months-Revelation 11:2.

Sorry, but I must disagree. Father takes no pleasure in most of what has transpired on this earth; men have drifted further and further from the path.
For the OP, I can tell you some things; but I'm not sure how the "Great Tribulation" falls into it.
For a person to get close enough to the antiChrist as to see the color of his skin; you are probably too close. But he is Caucasian, and he currently lives somewhere in Kentucky; where he will begin his Duty to God, to stand as God's Wrath upon this earth.
The False Prophet stands in the public eye; but most cannot see him for who he is, they have blinded themselves to the truth; by the web of lies he has been spinning for years now.
The Man of Sin has sat on the Throne of Israel for decades now; and that man is about to ignite a very special fire in the Middle East. The next time Israel attacks Iran, they will hit the oil infrastructure. When that oil starts to burn; no man on this earth will be able to put it out. Is Israel's actions God's Will; certainly not, it is the will of men making these choices. The Children of Israel have always held themselves above God's Law; Thou shalt not kill.
Within a matter of days; as the thick black smoke from that oil burning continues to bring darkness to the land; men will understand that Israel with the support of President Trump made a horrible mistake setting that oil on fire. Shortly after that the whore of Babylon (stock market) will die. Then the people will rise up against all these corrupt governments; but before any of these "developed" governments fall, the Seven Headed Beast will make it's move; to unleash the dragon (nuclear bomb) that lends its power unto that particular Beast.
When those nuclear bombs go into the air; that is when God and the other Angels who are awake will reveal themselves. Then things are going to get rough for everyone; everyone must make a choice of which truth they will follow....the Truth that is God, or the "truth" men have been giving other men for centuries.
By the way....Christians may view this as a "battle" of good versus evil.....but the Heavenly Host does not go to War. God has all this in hand, and remember....Thou shalt not kill
Once again read and try to understand my post #86, especially about the 1000 years only being figurative in its numbering. The only population will be those that have been caught up to Christ when He returns on the last day. Do you understand the last day means all things will be done here on earth as this present heaven and earth will pass away and a new heaven and new Earth prepared for the ushering down of the New Jerusalem, Rev 19; 21.

The whole world is condemned, under judgment, soon to be executed by the Creator.
I disagree with God taking pleasure in what men have done on this earth, to destroy the earth.
This world is not condemned.....but Judgement is coming for us all.....those who endure will certainly see that the grass is greener on the other side.....after this cleansing is done. But to cleanse the earth and men will take some time. And men, especially Christians....are not going to understand most of it. Every time God tried to change the course....by sending someone with the truth.....the "Church Fathers" would always reject it......because the truth doesn't entirely "fit" with the narrative that the Roman Empire gave Christians through that Bible. An example of that is the Dead Sea Scrolls.....the "different" testaments contained in those Scrolls were all rejected....because none of them "fit" anywhere in the Bible as it has been written......hence, some of the testaments to the life of Jesus have been completely discarded

Anyone who has been Spiritually born again from above who have faith in God like they did in the OT days and obedient to His commands will have everlasting life. Look at the faith Corrie had being a Jewish lady confined in a concentration camp. Her faith and trust in God is what saved her.
