One more skull...

These quotes are a mess of blob, I can't even understand who wrote what.

Also 1 is an ape, the rest are humans besides the last skull.

Sorry that's wrong. All of them are hominins, the second to last one being the only H. sapiens in the bunch. H. neandertalis is almost close enough to be classified as our own species. The last one, in the separate post,is an Australopithecine. The first one is Homo ergaster, member of our own genus, and definitely not an ape, unless you want to call humans apes. H. ergaster had a postcranial skeleton almost identical to ours. The main difference was in the more robust skull with a smaller cranium.

BTW, you were going to show us where I said that natural selection and mutation had nothing to do with each other. When do you think you're going to be able to show us that?

I went back over previous topics, it seems that I misunderstood you. However, I asserted that mutations make us more fit and you said that wasn't true.

Show us that. A link to the message would be adequate. BTW, you see how easy it was to show transitionals between apes and humans? There are a lot of them.

I'm still not convinced of your argument. Perhaps I might open up more to Evolution if you could explain this question.

How come there are people who deny it if it's "true"? It doesn't make sense to me that people deny it if it's true.

This is all that's on the cite page:

You can observe that we seem to be random mutations that fit us for survival. That's why species go extinct all the time, no biologist in his right mind is going to agree that's not true.

That's wrong too. It's natural selection that makes organisms more fit. You know what they say; "people are down on things they aren't up on." And it seems you've been listening to a lot of those people.

That's completely at odd with the things you said I said. That is inexcusable, unless you truly don't understand evolutionary theory. Luria and Delbruck shared the Nobel Prize for demonstrating that mutations do not arise in response to need. Random mutations cannot fit us for survival, any more than running in random directions will get you to the finish line of a race.

Assad denies his forces are killing Syrian citizens. Some people deny that Hitler sent Jewish citizens to death camps.

In each case, they have an axe to grind.

The world is going to be a rough place for you, then.

We have atheists in this forum. Does that mean there is no God or that Christianity is false?

Random mutations can fit us for survival. According to my teachers "we're just random mutations put together." I forget what I asked but when I asked it I got this "Uh, a lot of species die everyday because they aren't fit for survival because of mutations."

True, some still believe that the world is flat.
In each case, they have an axe to grind.

No, but then again there is no proof of God. Only an idiot is going to deny the mass murdering of six million Jews.

And yet there are those who do deny the Holocaust. The only point I am making, along with Barbarian, is that a denial of a truth claim does not mean that the claim is false.

nope insulted rather that he assumed that we have an axe to grind when well lets see

two days i sent and inquiry to my family on whom died in the shoah and the names that im related too.

i havent heard yet.and then yesterday i meet an isreali that lost all his family history in the shoah and cant trace his lineage earlier then 1940 where as i can.

his family records were destroyed. both of us are ashekanazi jews.

meaning that eastern jews from germany with the yiddish names.

man, stein, etc are of that group.

I think you have misunderstood his post. His point is that those who deny the Holocaust have an axe to grind, and that just by denying such events doesn't mean that they never happened.

athiests say that to us all the time.

flat earther, and so forth.

yet can offer any proof to back up macro just argue from logical fallacies.

would you spend all day and even go so far to do this with idiots?

i certain dont. where i live we have kkk working with us and i can if i want to find out their name and talk to them and argue
yet i wont. thats my point and bone to pick now. if we are that stupid then why is he and they arguing the truth.

hmm i guess he cant read nor doesnt know about the renderings of genesis traditionally.

and theres this fine way of teaching evo by dawkins. im sure if a science teacher did that and said that in school and also in college wouldnt last long.

but be warned theres a f bomb.

Random mutations can fit us for survival.

No. Random mutations are directionless. Look up "drunkard's walk" to learn why that won't get you anything.

According to my teachers "we're just random mutations put together."

They only told you half the story. Without natural selection nothing happens. Random mutation by itself is useless.

I forget what I asked but when I asked it I got this "Uh, a lot of species die everyday because they aren't fit for survival because of mutations."

That's only half the story, too. The other half is, "many organisms increase their share of the population because the have more useful genes."

No, it doesn't. Take another look. But even if it did, "perfect" would mean that it was created to serve His will.
Just needed to drop this in. I don't believe it wise to imply that God makes things "imperfect" it says he made it "and it was good". No Atheist, Thelogian, etc is going to convince me that God makes things "good" and not "perfect".

"Good" does not mean "perfect." And we have God's word that it was good.

No Atheist, Thelogian, etc is going to convince me that God makes things "good" and not "perfect".

He made you, didn't He? Are you perfect?
