Anyhow, I will be checking each day and hope the stats will slowly drop because lockdown sucks and I want to get off this level 4 at least.

As I see it, stopping the Hoarding should be a top priority. Hoarding causes shortages which causes people to leave their homes more often seeking supplies.

I have always been a individual who does not rely on a man made system who says they are there there to help and protect me and wants to tell me what I can and cannot do. I have spoken about this for years.

I know I can only defend and protect myself.

What is going on in the world is just showing the truth. The government has now forced me to protect and defend myself and those close to me under there protection. I do that anyhow.

And it seems like it's taking even them a long time to figure out this thing.

In a nursing home here, 107 residents, the virus was contracted by 77 of them (up till today). Think of the ramifications if this is carried to the public at large.

No wonder we're being quarantined !

In your case it would work IF it was done in time.

This reminds me of HIV....no one knew what was happening for years, until it was identified.

We found this after about a month (under the microscope) but so much could have happened withing that time.

Is NZ virus-free?

We are infested with pest and disease, but the government obviously is always there to help and protect us. Even at the moment im on lockdown so the only thing left is for me to defend and protect myself and those close to me, that I always knew anyhow.

I have to agree.
I do believe we're not being told everything...maybe to avoid panic.

We were in lockdown till March 25th (approx- can't remember) then it was moved to April 3rd....today it was moved to April 15th --- just as all my friends and I believed would happen.

I don't think even April 3rd will do it....

MAYBE the warm weather will help, but I see that it's in Florida too, so what does that mean? Even heat won't kill it?

The problem with IMMEDIATELY is that no one knew we were dealing with a new strain. It takes time to figure this out.

Captain Cook brought the common cold to Hawaii and many died from it.

The recovery might take a while when this is all over and who knows how long that will be. I don't think people realise what's coming. This is just the start.

Testing for this virus...

Its become a mystery why they aren't testing enough in places like California.
California's numbers are low for positive cases because they have done so few tests.
They've done a third.

Even here in TN, friends of mine have told of their exposure and that they were refused testing until they exhibited symptoms. They still refuse to test the couple's children...or husband and just claim him to be a "presumed positive" but don't even go that far with the children.

Then NPR comes up with this story...

And where this might be the reason...its a backhanded step towards the truth. That some of the information from China on this virus has yet to be actually verified. Making us have to start from scratch on it yet again OR
That there are more than one viruses running around getting people sick...and not just influenza. Covid 19 and 21?

We don't know yet...and what we don't know can do us in.

Shortages of supplies and testing personnel prevent additional testing. Various places are low on things like reagents, swabs, test tubes, transport, protective equipment for testing personnel, etc... In many places, its only critically ill patients and medical personnel who are being tested. There are a lot of additional infected people out there than have been accounted for in the official numbers. They walk around spreading the plague, because no one knows who they are. Many plague carriers have no symptoms at all, or such mild symptoms that it doesn't register that they have 19.

Thus, everybody has been told to keep 6 feet apart, because there is no way to tell who might be infected and contagious.

If we had enough tests, we could find and quarantine just the contagious, and let the rest of the country get back to work. In Germany, they are planning to issue all clear cards to infected people who have been certified as recovered, so they can rejoin society. They need to be individually tested to verify this.

I am on individual lockdown now because the truth does not lie. The arrows are flying inside now and I have to put up my own shield to protect and defend myself and those close to me. I have always done that anyhow.

The government is there to help, defend, and protect us. That's why they placed us all on individual lockdown as the enemy is inside.

Its in the air, and is highly contagious. You can catch it from just being near someone, even if they are not coughing or sneezing. No one there was coughing or sneezing, or seemed to have any idea they were infected. They had hand sanitizer there, but it didn't matter.

Americans need masks, like they have in other countries. If they would ever build some already.
