This is the problem with most Christians, you are proclaiming Christ but forsaking the Cross. This is called the sin of spiritual adultery (Rom. 7:1-4).

As a Christian we were "set free" the moment we are saved - "made free" speaks of a process. "Set Free," i.e., instantaneous - "Made Free, " i.e., You should know the truth and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32, John 14:6). "Made Free" = sanctification.

hold it you define debating ..i have no idea how to debate i simply reply with what i believe..this has been hashed hunteen times Debate is a process that involves formal discussion on a particular topic. With all due respect, I think that they are only having a discussion. We as humans are incapable of dividing truth from the lies if we do not express our beliefs among each other. Without the ability to have discourses, misinformation has the ability to reign. As long as either party does not become offensive or abusive, I see little to worry about. Two kinds of peace
1. Justifying Peace - This is Peace with God, a legal standing. Rom. 8:7; Eph. 2:14-15
2. Sanctifying Peace - This is the Peace of God in the heart. Rom. 8:6; 14:19; 15:13; Gal. 1:3

The first is the result of a legal standing. The second is the result of the Work of the Holy Spirit. The first is static, never fluctuates, the second changes almost from hour to hour. The first, every Christian has, the second, every Christian may have.

Romans 8:28

“28 And we know that all things work together for good (but only if certain conditions are met) to them who love God (the first condition), to them who are the called according to His purpose (this means it’s “His Purpose, and not ours,” which is the second condition; otherwise, all things will not work together for our good).”

Sanctifying --sanctified --sanctification..is being set apart /made Holy which is a progress if we are righteous we are Holy . Holy=sanctification sets us apart for service Holiness is work of the Holy Spirit 3 steps saved set apart placed in the Body of Christ
postianal then we move to progressive -growth -still Holy still sanctified still justified .then last step ultimate the work in us is complete

Not a very accurate guess, though it does have the word “reward” in it, the context of the passage doesn’t refer to “most Christians”, which is the basis of the statement that was made.

This passage is about Apostles and those who are ministers and fellow workers, working together to build correctly the Temple of God.

Not “most Christians”.

“Most Christians” are not called to this work.

For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is. Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are. 1 Corinthians 3:9-17


The “work” Paul refers to is the building, which refers to people; To Christian believers that Paul is building into the temple.
