my photos, carriage house is visible

Must be properly designed to let natural breezes cool it. The carriage house would be nice for people who like horses.
They will repurpose it ,horse riding on a historic govt owned property isn't gonna happen there .too much traffic on old Dixie there .I live near that .I passed by it from drill, and took these photos.

There seems to be land behind Hallstrom. The Historical Society might not own that though. You are right that horses should stay off of Old Dixie.
The family does ,get a good hard rain and you cab canoe that .axel hallstrom was known for the ridge will have that slough there.I would have to show it on older photos.you can see it on the county line west of us1 and the turnpike feeder road

There are plenty of areas west of 58th ave ,and 95,there's a place on 37th street between 58th and 66th that is a horse riding club with a training area.I used to enter that ,fpl had to enjoy getting in there.jump face or fight gate

They can always repurpose the carriage house into a hobby room of some kind.

Go to one of the riding clubs if they want to ride.

Nice solid house. It held up well. They built good back in the day.

There are postcards of the catfish, fish houses.one recently closed.the power plant had one next to it called sockwells catfish house.they were either caught by him or he cooked your catch.

Vero had several.one relic is now near a similar type restaurant where you can fish ,they cook it.pay a guide to help you fish, that's fun and I have photos, and or simply eat their typical food.

Near where that is,is where I learned to catch fish.my,first catch was at the power plant near where sockwells was as we could walk up there as it wasn't fenced off completely .it was a blue mackerel ,then a red mackerel.I was about 10.

When it is warm and big blue ran all 4 units it drew in the manatees and fish .that's probably how it east to catch there .

That's a nice picture. I like how the blue plant contrasts with the orange sky.
I spent two hours the first time photographing that, they were demolishing the cooling unit for unit 4.I have that process and also the tanks removal and storage ,when the rest comes down I will have more photos.a few inside of her as well.
