Does God love Satan?

OK, basically Satan himself rarely shows up in the Bible. More often he Co-opts servants, human or otherwise, to spread his lies, and these servants are considered as, and even named as, Satan proper because they are doing his work, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Satan's body so to speak. Worldly human servants of Satan are not beyond redemption and the love of God.
