We can choose to accept the Gift of Faith. The Scriptures are more than clear that ...
- man is born with an inherited sin nature
- man is a captive (slave) to/of Satan and his demons
- man is therefore NOT "free" to choose to believe in Jesus
and the Gospel
“And those who heard it said, 'Who then can be saved?'
But He (Jesus) said, ‘The things which are impossible with men
are possible with God.’ ” (Luke 18:26-27)
By sacrificing any additional beliefs that are contrary to the Bible, you can break their dominion over your beliefs.By adam’s consent to satan and the fall satan obtained a certain dominion over man, but this was conquered by the sacrifice of Christ!
What does this mean?As the disobedience of eve was reversed
By Jesus.by the obedience of Mary! Lk 1:45
Indirectly. Mary basically consented to God's Plan to save us.Mary consented to our salvation! Lk 1:38
Is Christ the redeemer of the world?
Questions for you , I have gotten no answers for them so far .The Scriptures are more than clear that ...
- man is born with an inherited sin nature
I do believe it, as some see the mistakes they have made, and suffered the cost of those mistakes.Scripture says that men by nature love darkness rather than light,
Jn 3 19
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
Now does man by nature have a freewill to stop loving darkness and start loving the light, which light is about salvation Acts 13:47
For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth.
I dont believe men naturally with freewill can stop loving darkness rather than the light !
Of the elect yes. His redeemed Israel world Isa 44 23Is Christ the redeemer of the world?
Man by nature loves darkness and dont have a freewill to change it. By nature that's a condemnation, meaning man is condemned in loving darkness while being in nature.I do believe it, as some see the mistakes they have made, and suffered the cost of those mistakes.
They then vow not to make the same decisions again...like I did.
I thank God for the gift of permanent repentance from all sin !
That is a gift God gave men so they could, in essence, change their nature.
Is the gift of repentance from sin a joke by God ?Man by nature loves darkness and dont have a freewill to change it. By nature that's a condemnation, meaning man is condemned in loving darkness while being in nature.

Having been given a choice, by God, what makes you think He hasn't figured some would chose to accept it ?
Some people don't like their "sin nature", and will do anything they can to shed it.
Your assertion is not true.Man by nature loves darkness and dont have a freewill to change it. By nature that's a condemnation, meaning man is condemned in loving darkness while being in nature.
Its not just my assertion, its scripture testimony Jn 3:19Your assertion is not true.
I was in darkness, but opted to walk in the light.
God has graciously provided all of the people in sin-darkness, to leave the darkness behind.
Man by nature loves darkness rather than light, that includes us, you and me, and every other human being born into this world,we love darkness because we are born dead in sin.Your assertion is not true.

IMO, God put a sin nature in Adam and/or Eve, andQuestions for you , I have gotten no answers for them so far .
In the genes is what you are saying correct ?
If so who put it in the genes ?
Opinion , well I was hoping for bible verses instead of opinion .IMO, God put a sin nature in Adam and/or Eve,
True , since there is no sin nature . There is human nature which Adam and Eve , Jesus , and you and I have .But, what does it matter?
