No; a person can be drawn and yet choose to reject Christ. That person is not born again.
Oh no, when a person is being drawn, they have been chosen by God and made alive by new birth Ps 65:4

4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causes to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

If that were the case, then every person who has ever been drawn to Christ would have received Him.

However, there have been those who, sitting in a church service, and hearing the gospel, and being drawn to Christ, have rejected Him.

Such people are drawn to Christ but not regenerated.

Every person who was drawn to Christ is saved. They were born again when drawn.

Remember the natural man cannot and will not seek God, thats the point of this thread.

You sappear to be saying that there can be those who do not receive Christ, who are born again.

For it should be clear that not all who are drawn to Christ, receive Christ.

I am saying to be drawn to Christ is being born again and they believe because they had been born again first.

Very true.
John 6:44
Except the Father - draw him -

But how is a man drawn? A man is attracted by that which he delights in. Show green grass to a sheep, he is drawn to it: show sweets to a child, and they are drawn to them. So God draws man: by showing them what they want.

Drawing, or alluring, is not dragging. “He,” say the rabbins, “who desires to cleave to the holy and blessed God, will lay hold of him, and shall not cast him off.” Synops. Sohar. p. 87. The best Greek writers use the verb in the same sense of alluring, inciting, etc.

The ones God draws has been born again and given a new nature that hungers and thirsts after righteousness, which can only be found in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Matt 5:6

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

True, but they need to accept Jesus Christ into their heart and life, and follow Him all the days of their life.

By the way, God draws all sinners, that means everyone, but few there are who accept him into their heart and life.

A Born again person is already saved. They believe because they are saved. When a born again person believes its an evidence that they are saved and not condemned. Jn 3:18

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

False, thats like saying all sinners are given new birth. All sinners who are born again have been drawn, being drawn and new birth are the same.

To be saved requires a change of heart. First, we need to:

1.) Hear the “good news” (i.e. the gospel) of Jesus Christ (Romans 10:14)

2.) Realize we are a sinner. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).

3.) Have faith.
Hebrews 11:6; “without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”
Acts 8:37; Mark 16:16; John 8:24)

4.) Repent of our sins.
(Luke 13:3,5; Acts 2:38; Mark 10:15)
My friend, “God . . . commandeth all men everywhere to repent” (Acts 17:30). This repentance is a change of mind that agrees with God that one is a sinner, and also agrees with what Jesus did for us on the Cross.

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13).

5.) Confess faith in Jesus Christ (Acts 8:36-37; Romans 10:9)

In Acts 16:30-31, the Philippian jailer asked Paul and Silas: “ . . . ‘Sirs, what must I do to be saved?’ And they said, ‘Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved . . . .’ ”

6.) Put our trust in Jesus.
“But God loved you so much He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, to bear your sin and die in your place. “ . . . He hath made Him [Jesus, Who knew no sin] to be sin for us . . . that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him” (2 Corinthians 5:21).

Jesus had to shed His blood and die. “For the life of the flesh is in the blood” (Lev. 17:11). “ . . . without shedding of blood is no remission [pardon]” (Hebrews 9:22).

“ . . . God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).

“But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name” (John 1:12).

7.) Believe Jesus Christ is the son of God. “So the eunuch answered Philip and said, “I ask you, of whom does the prophet say this, of himself or of some other man?” Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to him. Now as they went down the road, they came to some water. And the eunuch said, “See, here is water. What hinders me from being baptized?” Then Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.”
And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”

8.) Be baptized (in water) for the forgiveness of sins (Acts 2:37-41; 1Peter 3:21; John 3:3-5; Acts 22:16; Romans 6:3-8; Colossians 2:12; Galatians 3:26-27; Mark 16:15-16; Acts 8:34-39; Titus 3:5; Ephesians 4:5)

9.) Follow Jesus for the rest of your life.

10.) The promise.
“But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name” (John 1:12).

To be saved requires a change of heart. First, we need to:

Thats what God gives a sinner He saves, a new heart in regeneration.

Ezk 36:26

A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

Its also called giving repentance Acts 5:31

Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

The word repentance means:
a change of mind, and or heart

God gives these things when He saves a dead sinner, because otherwise the sinner is spiritually dead.

Man cannot do any spiritual act while dead, He must be made alive first.
