a story, it happened to me last night. the thermostat on my car wasn't working and was frozen. I have a ir temp gun that can read fast, so while the engine was running, I laid hands on the thermostat and prayed for it to unfreeze. so I let the engine run in an overheated condition for a few minutes, it never unfroze. I replace the thermostat today, it works, I prayed that it was the problem and before I removed the old one I made sure the waterpump was moving fluid. it was. the engine got so hot that it melted the protective layers of shielding rubber into a pile of rubber. temp at the highest was 229F at the head and at the temp sender. I should have just waited by faith to replace and to drive it while hot?
I laid hands on a dryer that had the Motor burnt out. My supervisor said it would be replaced next shift, but I needed that drying. So, in the name of Jesus, I laid hands on it and nothing.
A few minuts later my supervisor came in and just hit the on switch and it turned on. I was happy, He was shocked. The tech said the Motor was shot.
I used it the rest of the night, and when the new guy came in, He could not get it to turn on. Worked fine for me.
Next Case:
Same Job, but this time the Washer machine was cloged up. I figured no problem, I'll just speak to the clog and bam all fixed................
Not so.................... the water would not run through the drain pipe. They had set up a big plastic hamper to catch the water and roll it outside to dump the water.
Why did that not work?
So, I sat down and told God I would like to use the drain and not have to roll a plastic container down a long hall, to outside every load Of wash I did........ sat for an hour just washing and dumping wondering why my faith would not work.
The Lord spoke to me.............. "Wisdom is first, it's the principle thing."
He then said........... "See that sink across the room?" I said ya, but how does that fix the clogged drain?
He said then.......... "Unplug the Washer, move it to the sink and run the hose into the sink, the guy will be here in the morning to unclog the pipe"
The first shift and 2nd shift did not think of that............. I did not think of that............
So, before praying, rebuking devils, confessing something come to pass....... relax and seek the Lord first. What do I do Lord, show me.
Wisdom from above fixes many things, get wisdom first. There is a time to expect the supernatural, but not without seeking God about everything and find out what to do.
