Of course I mean Easter Sunday. The Ressurection of Jesus Christ.
I feel distracted this year. Maybe I need that closer human contact that Church provides.
I know what you are going to say. Read the Bible........
ok ok ok
Are you distracted by corona ? How is your faith this year?

I have been sorely distracted...been trying to get back into daily devotionals. I do them with my kids about every day, but spiritually, I need to read stuff at my level and it is easy to forget to do that when life is always busy.

Corona has me more annoyed than anything. We had grandma come over at almost 7 am just so we could grocery shop with stocked shelves ugh. I am thankful we got everything we needed. The line to get in the store was long before they opened. I miss evening and late night trips to the store, but there is no use going when there is nothing left.

My faith could be stronger right now.

I am excited to go see everyone at church tomorrow and put together some Easter fun for our kids afterwards...bringing some fun to the stir craziness.

Texas has already announced that they are ending their quarantine stuff very soon... like next week or two weeks... can't remember.

Are they crazy!? it couldn't possibly have started settling down this soon yet.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

I will never be distracted by the principalities of this world as my focus is always on the Lord and am blessed to sit in my own house as I reach out to family and friends with the Gospel of promise, hope and blessings in such a time as this pandemic.

This is resurrection day as Jesus came to give us life as He is the light unto the world. If we are ground in faith and believe in His promises of protect, then nothing can come neigh to me and my house as we will serve the Lord.

We will have trials and tribulations, but never forget that Christ has overcome the principalities of this world giving us the victory. I can still enjoy many things outside of the house and still keep social distancing. Just remember this to shall pass, but yet it should make us stronger in faith as we trust God in all things.

Everyone have a Blessed Resurrection day as it's all about the risen Christ, hallelujah.
