You make an assumption that God sends any of His sons to Hell in the question. Thus it's an assumptive (illogical) question.

The verse you posted doesn't say God sends His sons to Hell.

For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment;

This passage isn't for the entire human race, but just for saved people.

The context for Rom 8:38-39 begins in v.31 -
31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.

From v.31, we know that God is not "for" unbelievers.
From v.32, we know that God did not spare His own Son, but gasve Him up for US (believers) all.
From v.33, the question clarifies who Paul is referring to; the elect.

So, v.38,39 is applicable to believers ONLY. So, your question only applies to those who aren't saved. And yes, they WILL BE separated from the love of God.

But not believers. Remember what Jesus said about those He gives eternal life; they shall never perish. John 10:28

No. What verse says the Father will take away from Jesus anyone who is "in Christ Jesus"?? Exactly. No verse says that.

Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
John 15:2

Do you understand what it means to prune a tree? It means to remove branches from the tree. You've not provided any verse that says that the Father will remove anyone who is in Christ Jesus.

And Eph 1:13,14 does not permit such a view.

Not all humans are sons of God. Only believers.
