I don't think the private insurance model works very well for health care. The risk groups don't usually have enough members to make them viable in the long run. They tend to spiral into oblivion, with those who can pass underwriting moving to a new policy every few years. Anyone who gets sick is trapped in the spiraling group.

The rest of the world has chosen something else. No tricky legal language. Everyone is in the risk group, so it is stable over many decades. They are motivated to keep favors to lobbyists reasonable, since they have to pay for those favors. Thus keeping regulatory capture reasonable.

Not really when they don't have good competition. It was obvious Canada was going to get completely smashed. It's not really congratulations when a top class team plays a weak team and wins. Maybe congratulations Canada for giving it a go.

For some they need to stop sending there kids to school with no shoes and food while they sit at home all day on welfare drinking and smoking.

Well if they are living at home they are not homeless. We were talking about meeting the homeless basic human needs of clothing, food etc.

I'm 39, single, and have no kids. Why should I work hard and pay to raise other people's children?

Then don't. But realize this thinking is the problem in our society. Would you take away help from people who need it because of some immoral people that abuse it? Lets come together and solve problems is instead of stereotyping and dismissing them.

Close, but not close enough. I seem to be guessing ok, but no exact score yet. I would have probably gone something like 50-0 the NZ game, but was 63-0.

Actually the opposite,the UK takes your property for nursing home care to pay on top,of high,taxation .

I have seen that .power off at house ,and smelling pot so bad that I,had to,cough and eyes irritated .
