Apples to oranges and 1.5 million isn't high .trust me I can post old mcm houses on,the beach worth that or the river. Homes have sold for 20 million here. Rent in,the poorer areas where I live is 1200 to 1300 a month .100000 grand homes if sold .Nothing like the $1.5 million McMansions in California.

Eh,ask the immigrants and business who build, maintain them.they build gated communities with pools, people maintain landscaping ,plus higher taxes from those .its not perfect but johns island is larger in employment then Wal-Mart here and they house their workers.trust me the 730 line up to enter during service hours isn't short .it can be 10 or more cars long. That's all very nice for the 2%. The rich get richer. The majority go backward. Not such a good deal for the majority.
Also, simply bidding up the price of mansions doesn't actually produce any products.
Can't believe I posted a defense of johns island ,indian river shores.I need a vacationEh,ask the immigrants and business who build, maintain them.they build gated communities with pools, people maintain landscaping ,plus higher taxes from those .its not perfect but johns island is larger in employment then Wal-Mart here and they house their workers.trust me the 730 line up to enter during service hours isn't short .it can be 10 or more cars long.
We had some chickens for a short time.Chickens. The pet that poops breakfast.
Lol.the10 or more hens watching me read a meter, leaning on the chicken wire fence and they followed me in,that cage. My,wife said they probably, thought I was gonna fed themWe had some chickens for a short time.
Things I didn't know about chickens:
Chickens hate/love mice. Whenever a chicken sees a mouse, it will immediately attack and repeatedly slam the mouse against the ground and eat it whole. They put cats to shame.
Chickens can become attached to people and will attempt to bond.
Chickens will sometimes develop a mother complex and try and hatch unfertilized eggs.
Prayer works even for chickens. One of our chickens was bitten by a Water Moccasin right on the face. She had only a 10% survival rate. She survived, but laid weird eggs thereafter.
Chickens will run for cover if an airborne shadow passes over them....instinct to protect from birds of prey.
