Yours might be different than what we have in the states. My doctors have a secure system with my data on it. I can contact my doctors with questions, and review the results of my tests. I like it. I have never dealt with what you have over there, so I don't know how good it is. I think its a good idea that my various doctors all have access to my records.

They have mutual funds that screen for various things like tobacco and alcohol already, so this service will fit right in. I'm surprised that they don't just start a mutual fund that invests in what they want. Simpler for the clients, and easier to track total return of their particular implementation of this strategy over time.

People make their own decisions. If everyone else wants to use the data base, that is their right.

Phone companies could eliminate most of those scams by simply not putting through calls from known scam numbers. Nomorobo has a list that they use fairly effectively. It can be done. Phone companies just don't want to.
