Is “Easter” in the original Scriptures?

There is no direct link. I simply hold it as suspect. This is part of an ongoing discussion on how a collection of things associated with Easter - from Easter eggs to rabbits to pagan goddesses, etc. - lend themselves more to paganism than Christianity.

I would recommend your local Orthodox liturgy. 100% unchanged tradition dating back to the Early Church.
I disagree. The Byzantine rite underwent centuries of development before it stabilized into the form it now has. Perhaps we can have a thread on liturgical history.

Okay. But no one is worshipping rabbits and eggs like is apparently going in Protestant churches
 
As to the egg thing, I know of no group that uses it in the actual service.
However, an egg IS used in the Passover seder to commemorate one of the Temple sacrifices.
