" The Mormon church was called the “Church of Christ” very early in its history, but they soon changed the name to the “Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints”. While there may be a very few Mormon churches that still use the name "Church of Christ", this would be an exception to the norm and it is usually associated with a group in the Missouri area instead of the LDS church out of Utah. These Mormon churches are sometimes called "Church of Christ - Mormon". (They usually use the word "Mormon" in their name.)
Those who simply call themselves the “Church of Christ” today, are not associated with the Mormon church and never have been. The Church of Christ is not the same church as the Mormons!

We believe the Bible is the word of God, and we need nothing else! The Bible is useful for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction. Using it in these ways, the man of God can be thoroughly furnished with everything needed to follow God! (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:3) "
Do you believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, which is also called receiving the Holy Spirit?
Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?
