Considering I had family who went through the shoah I'm not sure how to address this, ignorance. Who's army runs on the walls?Jacob's Trouble was the Holocaust.

1 Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. 5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? 6 And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time... 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie.
so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God...and for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie.
Those that build the Temple, will do so for the purpose of sacrificing animals for sin.
The lie is: Jesus was not the Messiah, the lamb of God who takes away sin. Thats the lie.
Those of the religion of Judaism, reject Jesus as Messiah and want a new temple.
The context is clear, those associated with the building of the Temple of God, are the ones whom God is send the strong delusion.
Once the false Messiah starts to do the lying signs and wonders, they will be convinced that he is their awaited messiah.

NO expecting some one to check a little box is building the box....So warning people about this Temple, and what the scriptures says is "building a box"?
Just because a person thinks the Temple will be built, does not mean this Temple is of God.

So what about the first line you 'bolded' in the above post?Just because a person thinks the Temple will be built, does not mean this Temple is of God.
These are the only Scriptures of antichrist...Without this Temple, the prophecies pertaining to the Antichrist cannot be fulfilled. He will "hijack" the Temple and shut down its sacrifices, and then set up the Abomination of Desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet.
Where are all the Scriptures from Revelation about the Antichrist? These are the only Scriptures of antichrist...
1Jn 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
1Jn 2:19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
1Jn 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
1Jn 2:23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
1Jn 4:2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
1Jn 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
2Jn 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
2Jn 1:8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
2Jn 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
2Jn 1:10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:

You lost me Kathi... The scriptures only mention antichrist 4 times and antichrists once ...any more is our idea of what the Scriptures say..Where are all the Scriptures from Revelation about the Antichrist?

As i said any more is our idea of what the Scriptures say... Very simple ,very direct and literally ... these are the only scriptures mentioning antichrist..."The Antichrist" is only one of the names and titles of this Wicked One (and this is commonly understood by all). See Daniel, 2 Thessalonians and Revelation for his other designations. He is also shown as a "type" in many Scriptures.
Do you read the book of Revelation? What do you think of it?You lost me Kathi... The scriptures only mention antichrist 4 times and antichrists once ...any more is our idea of what the Scriptures say..

That is correct. That strong delusion is a worldwide phenomenon which is confirmed in the book of Revelation. We need to be careful to compare Scripture with Scripture, otherwise our own thoughts could become delusional.I don't see why you want to limit the delusion to Jews.
Reba,Also i dont read any of them speaking of one guy...
The TOG said -
That's a lie that's believed by most people in the world, including not only Jews, but also Hindus, Budhists, Muslims, Animists, Atheists, Agnostics and many others.

The Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, Animists, Atheists, Agnostics and many others, are not native to the land of Israel, and privy to the scriptures and covenants of God, nor are they building a Temple so their Messiah will come.
Reba,
Please study Daniel in conjunction with 2 Thessalonians and Revelation to understand that this person is indeed "one guy", who is Satan-possessed, and the greatest blasphemer in history.
And John does tells us in 1 Jn 2:18 "...and as ye have heard THAT ANTICHRIST SHALL COME, even now there are many antichrists..." Here John is clearly telling us that there is "one guy" who is "The Antichrist", but he is being preceded by many antichrists (who are not even close to who this man will be). But he will surely come, because John confirms it.
You seem to have missed the significance of what John stated. Antichrist also has many other names and titles, therefore to claim that we don't see "Antichrist" everywhere in Scripture is to miss the point. Christ is also called by a multitude of names and titles also. That does not detract from Him.
