A PROMISE??;)
First kid’o, ask yourself that when you were laid up a while back, (broken shoulder??) Who would you have liked to be your caretaker, the ‘legalist Jew’ or the ones that Christ came to.. Isa. 42:21 ones??
Isa. 42
[21] The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will [[magnify the law, and make it honourable.]]
It seems that it needed to be done? Isa. 5! (or are you a legalist?? and that is a question. But it does seem that you were trying to catch me in a trap like the lawyer did to Christ in Matt. 22:35!)
OK: Seeing that you might take the right pick, lets move on??
Now we see that it is prophesied that this was to be the case, lets see what our duties will be for His 7th Day SABBATH? I had given the required LOVING duties from Isa. 58. Let check these again if we might?
Isa. 58
[12] And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
[13] If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
[14] Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
The 13th verse has one who loves their Lord doing this. The Sabbath will even find ‘me’ on the internet on the Lords day spreading His truth & in the theology or the end time sections! (I think that was one of your questions?)
And another one was... that people work on the Sabbath?? Notice that it is lawful to do the necessary things. Doctors & nurses do have a small crew for Sabbath duties to do a much needed work when needed. And if they were not working, others would trade off.
And surely the ox would need to be freed!
