old homes in my area, and from yours

dated 1920. im sure his home still stands. im not sure where that was. probably the sexton ranch. or possibly that tripson home since he started the diary. its very likely that is it given that has sexton's touch all over it and a few paintings. if I knew was going to do this thread like this today and I had the route that has that diary I would ask the homeowner there she is a sexton by marriage and would know.
 
nothing on his son ralph sexton on Wikipedia. who was a rancher like him and had groves. they his sons and other kin still do that. I know of the location the ranch but getting a photo via google earth isn't viable. they wont go down a dirt road. to a home.

I can ask. coworker will know and the fb group would. there was another sexton home that is out there but im not sure where it was. I wasn't into sexton that much as a kid, know of him but nothing like now.
 
older florida homes and edifice all will have a Spanish style influence. from Tallahassee to Miami that is the case. for some reason after the depression they stop building those style. it has made a comeback. just near the Viking inn there is at least ten homes that have that style, and a few apartments. I may post them all.

royal palm place and royal palm blvd. one of those routes you recently prayed over. the half of the split that I didn't do until recently has also a few Spanish homes. I also like to run this area. more tomorrow. shall it be apartments that are Spanish style or homes? or both. just on royal palm blvd I have at least three. two have been posted. I will include the ones near the old royal park hotel.about three near that.

on a side note. I can post florida maps that far back and the road called Kings highway here is where the Spanish traveled from Jupiter inlet(called santa lucia then) to st .Augustine. said path was also used to build drainage canals.
 
some of those are in disrepair. I have a lot to post from my routes. most of the older sections of vero will have the Spanish style homes.
