Once we start using the words like unloving, judgmental, critical and so on, the topic will almost automatically derailed. It is so frequently used tactics to try to shut your opposers. It is not fair tactics.

Even you are not accusing them, if you are questioning about it, it sounds like you are insinuating your opposers being unloving.

You don't realize how your comments sound "holyer than thou". Expressing ones' conviction will sound unloving to people who don't agree with them.

We should stop this kind of accusations or criticisms. Jesus is giving everyone privileges to speak for Him.

Do you reailse how hypocritical that sounds?

Gingercat, I added my voice because I was concerned that JayT's comments were becoming more "holier than thou" than edifying to the body of Christ.

Now I can accept you cautioning me in like manner if you feel my words are coming across a tad "holier than thou" also. But to judge me while applauding JayT as just sharing his personal convictions well frankly, is hypocritical.

If you're going to criticise for the edification of the body of Christ, can you at least be consistent to avoid confusing your motives.

Jay T is only expressing his convictions. You are the one who are starting rabbit trail accusations. See, you are now accusing me of my motives. I have no motives besides expressing my obsevations. If you cannot see millions of hypocrisy is going on in the Christian community, you have serious spiritual problems my dear.

It is obvious the topic is not going anywhere. It is quite clear false accusations have become the order of the day for this particular topic. This topic is now locked.
