win-win for all
what say you.?
Sorry. I guess I missed this.
I don't exactly know what you're trying to argue here. But a pharmacies job is to deliver the medication to the patient prescribed from the doctor, not to cook the medicine into deserts. Can you imagine? *doctors note* "5 gram MMJ cherry pie for Mr. Jones."
But seriously, if the pharmacy gives the patient the 5 gram MMJ cherry pie, or a 5 gram prescription of MMJ, its the same drug, one is just has the THC extracted into oil and baked into a food, while the other is a dried herb.
It really doesn't matter how the THC is consumed, in the end it does the samething.
While extracting the THC and baking it into food is a more healthy way to consume it (so you don't have to smoke it), vaporizing it is just as safe.[/quote} so you are saying this that you the laymen should be allowed to determine the proper medication, monitor it, and admin it, and be able to drive, operate machinery, even though the potential abuse is there.
thats the problem , how can you say that its all medical use when you are the only one that takes, makes the size of mmj you need, bakes it.
i think a doc and pharmacist can control it far better then and untrained layman. if it could be given in doses in food form then thats ok.
and why not make recipes that have pot in them? and you bake them. that isnt unreasonable if what you say is true? if you are on chemo a hospital or clinic could do this for you as you already in bedridden, or vna could come by and make the needed dose to treat the illness if out patient care is needed.
